Mình có nhờ lễ tân nhờ ai đó ra cửa khách sạn để đón chị mình đang đi bộ trên đường Lê Lộ tìm khách sạn nhưng lễ tân từ chối thẳng thắn "đang trong thời gian check in check out nên không có ai ra ngoài đón được" trong khi lúc đó mới 13h. Check out là 12h và check in là 14h và chính lễ tân khẳng định 1 cách vô cảm "14h mới được nhận phòng". Never come back!

- Kristina (3/5): Helt ok hotell, men bildene stemmer ikke og fasilitetene var ikke som forventet. - Rommet var rent og ryddig, fin størrelse. Beliggenhet var bra. Først og fremst var det veldig høylytt mellom rommene, utrolig dårlig isolasjon. Vi ble vekket før kl. 5 hver morgen av de som bodde ved siden av, i tillegg til at renholdspersonalet startet tidlig. Bassenget var ikke lik som på bildet, mye mindre og luktet i tillegg dårlig. Solsengene var skitne og ikke fristende å sitte i. Vi betalte også for vask av klær, men ingen av klærne var reine etter vask og en del luktet fortsatt. Det var kun to heiser på 10 etasjer, som gjorde at man ofte måtte vente lenge, spesielt ved frokosttid når alle skulle opp i 10 etasje. Vi spurte også om tilrettelegging av allergier, henholdsvis glutenfritt brød og laktosefri melk, noe de ikke kunne ordne.

- 오 (5/5): - 위치가 미케비치 근처라 바다도 보고 좋았고 늦은 체크인 가능해서 새벽에 도착하여 숙소 묵을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 조식도 종류는 많지 않았지만 아침 떼우기에 적당했습디다. 5인 가족이라 2명/3명 나눠서 묵었는데 5층 3명 있는 방은 냄새도 나지 않고 좋았으나 2층 2명 묵은 방은 창문이 없어서 그런가 들어가자 말자 습하고 쿱쿱한 냄새가 나서 찝찝했습니다. 방음도 잘 안됐고... 5층은 괜찮았습니다.

The hotel also had all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. And the breakfast was superb — delicious, well-prepared, and a great way to start each day. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again!

- Secretservice (5/5): - We like our room although it was slightly small but doable for 4 people. Comfortable beds Clean towels Everywhere running water from the miniature bathtub all over bathroom. Breakfast is more of a waist of time. the added sugar to everything on the buffet is a one big misunderstanding. even the mayonnaise is ultra sweet. Maybe someone in there have a bitter life, because I seriously do not know how to explain this. The staff in the restaurant barely speaks English so minus for that because most of the things are always running low or running out.

- Adam (7/5): Decent place to stay close to the beach. - The hotel was recommended to us by a guide and it delivered in terms of being a convenient place to stay close to the beach and tourist area. Friendly and helpful staff. No major concerns. There are many alternative and similar places to stay though. I couldn't say it is any better than the many other available options.

Had we been informed before we arrived we would’ve cancelled our booking and stayed elsewhere - I’m guessing this is why they didn’t tell us. The breakfast was pretty rubbish, we didn’t eat there the second day and instead had a delicious breakfast elsewhere.

The check in was annoying because people came to ask questions and the receptionist was dealing with them at our time while we are in the middle of checking in,completely inappropriate and rude I think the price is too high for what this hotel offers

No shower gel or shampoo in bathroom like all the other hotels we were at. Can put 4 pillows instead of 2 on that huge bed. Breakfast was very one dimensional and only catered Asian food

- Jose (8/5): Bom hotel - barulho desnecessário - Os quartos eram bons e espaçosos. Café da manhã muito excelente. Aspecto geral do Lobby, bom. Coisa que valorizo em qualquer hotel. Fiquei no quarto 904. Durante a noite toda se ouvia um gotejar permanente de água no piso superior onde está a piscina. Tive que mudar de quarto pois era impossível dormir. Aconselho a outros hóspedes a não aceitar este quarto. É simplesmente horrível.
