• Carolina (7/5): Good place to stay for the location and convenience. - The location is perfect. You walk out of the hotel and you are in the main old tbilisi town full of restaurants and markets and close to the sulfur bath, the river, etc. The lady from the breakfast is very kind and hospital. The way she received the guests and prepared the breakfast made the start of the morning a lovely one. The room and toilet was a little smelly, I think there was a problem in general with the vents. The mattress was a little old like it was sagging.

Старый Тбилиси за окном, все близко, все в пешей доступности, что важно - никаких долгих подьемов в гору, рядом море ресторанов, развлечений, магазинов. Супер! Был один неприятный момент: в ванной плохо уходила вода в душевой кабине, поэтому после душа приходилось ликвидировать потоп и сушить помещение. Для проживания в течение трех суток некритично, но дольше было бы неприятно.

Tam şehrin meydanında. tekrar gidersem gideceğim tek yer... konumu çok güzel fakat navigasyonla gittiğinizde tabelası olmadığından karıştırabilirsiniz. Yatakları çok rahattı fakat çok içine giriyorsunuz yani şişme yatak gibi fakat iyiydi.

Я бы с удовольствтвием рекомендовала этот отель, если бы не минусы, мне важен ночной сон. Поэтому не рекомендую к сожалению -Во дворе гудит вытяжка - при ночном заезде гостей (около 3:00) администратор не проконтролировала соблюдение тишины. В коридоре были громкие разговоры и крики, что создало дискомфорт и помешало отдыху

Katarina and the other lady at breakfast were both very nice and took good care of us There was no name on the outside of the hotel and it took me a while to find the hotel in the dark. I passed it twice. Even the taxi driver didn’t know where it was and I had to struggle with my luggage up the hill to try and find it. It was a bit scary because it was dark. Our door didn’t lock and it took 5 days to get fixed

• sajad (10/5): Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for a short visit to Tbilisi. - The hotel has a great location, close to the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The room was a bit small and the sound insulation could be better. Breakfast options were somewhat limited.

• Richard (5/5): Good location, but needs needs improvement for cleanliness - Location was great. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Bathroom was big and spacious, and the shower was good. Heating was good and warm. Breakfast was OK. The floor was dirty and dusty upon arrival. The pillows and mattress was covered in yellow stains. Windows are not sound proof and very noisy outside. No free water in the room you had to pay extra if you want water.

• Hugo Du Preez (7/5): Lovely stay that could've been better. - The rooms are well laid out and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, walking distance to alot of attractions, Hop-on bus stop was close, nice restaurants close by. Wifi was strong! When I stay at a place I always look at the small things. Walls in rooms are dirty, I dropped something and it rolled under the bed, when I took a light to look for it, you can see it was not cleaned under the beds in ages. Breakfast was very basic, what wasn't eaten today, was served again tomorrow. The view was amazing when you look up, when you look down you look at a garbage pile yard. The lift's windows can do with a good cleaning as well. Got torn towels as "Fresh towels". I think the staff are great but owners need to invest a little back into the place and it would be great! TV's didn't work, Phones didn't work. MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE!

• Sultan (10/5): A wonderful and relaxing stay that I would definitely recommend and happily return to. - The hotel has a beautiful design, very clean rooms, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The location is excellent and close to many attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very comfortable.

• Bahar Quliyeva (7/5): Отдых - Персонал очень вежливый. Завтрак разнообразный. Вид из балконе супер. Ежедневная уборка проводилась регулярно, и каждый раз всё было «make up» — косметически всё в порядке, а так все по старому (пыль, волосы на поле). После каждой уборки нам не приносили мыло, зубные щётки, халаты и тапочки. Каждый раз надо было попросить. Биде в ванной не было, но сама ванная была отличная. И каждый раз сотрудники ресепшена нам помогали.
• Magical Mike (7/5): - Location was great, checking in was seemless, rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and helpful The smell from the neighbouring restaurant kitchen being blown into the room when I open the balcony door. This was worse on some nights than others. Didn't smell this when the door was closed and depends on wind direction. Can be noisy from the surrounding areas but my stay was over new year period with loads of festivities taking place.

Room has flies, We stayed 3nights and they never clean the room even once. No water replenishment. We only had 2bottled water for 3nights in the room. We paid for extra. The receptionist when we arrived isnt approachable, irritated, And not accomodating. beddings are itchy. room is very hot.
