Very well equipped. Underground car park a big bonus. Kitchen sink needs a plug to save hot water. Washing machine instructions would be helpful as would washing powder.

Además está al lado del puente romano, con lo cual lo cruzas y estás en la zona monumental. Muy bueno. No tengo un pero.

Equipped kitchen. The WiFi in our apartment did not have range to be used in the bedrooms. The lift was out of service.
• nerea (5/5): Una estafa de alojamiento - La ubicación Extremadamente pequeño, hay habitaciones en pensiones mucho más grandes. La vitroceramica no tiene potencia. No se puede cocinar, se puede cocer los filetes o cualquier otra cosa, pero no freír. El menaje de cocina, no tiene ni ensaladera. En fin, y menos mal q nos decidimos, pagando mucho más por el extra de balcón ( q no es terraza), es muy cutre ver q los demás huéspedes, deben colocar como pueden las toallas de la ventana. La verdad, para el Precio q pagamos en junio, que fue mucho, no tiene relación con la miniatura y las no comodidades que tienen.

Había algunas cosillas deterioradas pero no eran cosas importantes, no entorpecían el día a día en exceso y además es algo normal en un apartamento que está constantemente usado por diferentes familias.

La chica de la recepción fue muy amable y agradable. El apartamento está muy nuevo, limpio, camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene absolutamente de todo lo necesario También tienes parking incluido con unas plazas súper amplias. Admiten mascotas, tienes zonas verdes junto al río.. excelente ubicación. Nada.. No estar más días jeje..

The furniture should be more suited to the historic city, for example, some pieces of antique Spanish furniture instead of everything in a modern and cheap style. Balade agréable pour le rejoindre,il n'y a que le pont à traverser. La vue est superbe. Le parking est un plus. Résidence très calme ( octobre) Les oreillers sont très inconfortable, il a fallu réclamer des ustensils figurant dans l'annonce. Un radiateur chauffant pour les serviettes serait bienvenu. Draps usés, troués.

Free underground par - “I loved the location — just a short walk to the old town. The hotel has a pool, and our apartment had two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room — so much comfortable space! Having free underground parking was a huge plus. The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning, which made nights quite hot, and the dirty floor — walking barefoot quickly turned our feet black.”
• Víctor Joaquín (9/5): "LUGAR CERCA DEL CENTRO, ESTANDO TRANQUILO Y RELAJADO" - Concretamente estrenamos colchones, (comodísimos) y durante la estancia cambiaron la puerta del baño que parece ser tenía algún problema.Tener plaza de garaje es un lujo. Cosas a mejorar: una repisa en la ducha para dejar los utensilios de baño, algo más de vajilla ya que estaban escasos en vasos, copas y alguna cazuela más. Propuse al dueño un reloj de pared y en los dormitorios falta una mesilla en cada uno de ellos. Ni que decir tiene que el aire acondicionado hubiera sido de agradecer más que nada coincidiendo con unos calores increíbles. En la cocina solo había un taburete.

Would definitely stay there aga - The apartment was very well situated, and only a short walk into the city centre. Great to have both a lift and under ground parking. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a steak restaurant across the road which served great food and the staff there were very friendly. Maria, the receptionist was excellent. She was always smiling and was extremely helpful at all times and highly commendable. It was lacking a kettle and a toaster and it would have been nice to have a second bedside cabinet in the bedroom with the double bed.

Some nice touches like supply of tea and coffee, and kitchen well equipped for self catering. Parking was a welcome bonus and very conveniently situated under the apartment block. An easy 5 to 10 minute walk across the Puente Romano to the old town, plus a couple of really good restaurants less than a minute away, BaoBar and one round the corner by the recycling bins whose name I've forgotten! Nothing to dislike

The apartments are very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is private closed parking. The owner of the apartment met us at the entrance to the garage. He was very hospitable and attentive and gave us all the information we needed for which we are very grateful to him. If we ever return to Salamanca, we will definitely live here. We can definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. No, we liked everything.

They really have everything of an apartment, even staying for long term. Outside of the compound, 0 floor, same building, there was a small shop, which the owner was super nice!! I saw the WiFi’s username of room “1B”, but I was suggested to use the another one without password, which was quite slow.
