• Piers (8/5): Good value hotel, perfect for short stays - Simple hotel with clean rooms and bathroom. Stayed as an overnight, sheets were clean, good shower and very friendly staff. Location is - as others have mentioned - on an industrial estate, but it’s good value and clean. No complaints!

• Elisabeth (10/5): super klasse, komme gerne wieder - Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Aufzug vorhanden, die Zimmer pikobello sauber und ordentlich, der Empfang sehr freundlich und check in perfekt, Es liegt zwar im Industriegebiet, es ist aber alles in der Nähe (mit dem Auto) erreichbar. Essen zu gehen gibt es mehrere sehr gute Möglichkeiten in Laufnähe, auch Einkaufen ist in Laufnähe nichts

Although the guest house is in the middle of an industrial site and on first sight seems remote it is actually really comfortable and quiet and close to a restaurant and shop which are in walking distance. The owner couldn't do enough to help us - I would definitely stay there again.

• Steven (8/5): - Stayed here for the euros,very basic hotel,although very clean and tidy. Contental breakfast offering for €10. Nice selection of breads etc. Gentlemen host very friendly. If looking for a nice cheap stay and dont mind some travel back and forth to the citys.would recommend.
• Sebastian (8/5): Very good service, 24/7 sauna, clean, however, location is locatin in shabby area and need to make sure to tell them - Very clean, 24/7 sauna availability, friendly service, quiet. Even though I had a very important business call (and thus could not answer there shouting to come in) staff kept knocking my door and tried to even enter the room with their key without me giving permission. The reason was because they wanted to fix a shampoo holder and fill the fridge with a coke. Luckily they apologized afterwards and noted to not dsiturb again. Rest of the stay was very smoot, the lady at the counter is very professional and things like staying in their cafe for the last day was no problem.

• Diana (10/5): If anyone needs to stop in the area I would recommend. - The owner is an amazing host. He greeted the guests with a smile on his face, he was genuine and generous when it came to providing coffee coins for the machine in the morning - before breakfast. Room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight! Fresh Broetchen, all you need to smear on them, delicious cuts, savoury and sweet on offer, great orange juice, good coffee and a fairly wide tea sorts as well. And the Morning staff was also very friendly. :) The location of the Hotel is in a more industrial area. However! It is a subjective interpretations of the expectations. I would book the same if I need to visit Schwieberdingen! I don't mind trucks.

Really minor, just to point as constructive crytic, there was noise coming from the rooms around by simply dragging chairs on the hard floor. Some simple filters under the chairs would solve that.

Basic continental breakfast. Some English spoken but German preferred - you can get by with simple German. Good for an overnight business trip.

• Karsten (6/5): - Stimmiger Titel: Sie bekommen, was Sie erwarten. Einfaches Hotel mit einem netten Hotelier, der sich Zeit nimmt, erklärt, wo das nächste Restaurant ist und auch gern mal ratscht. Das eigene Gasthaus ist geschlossen, es gibt also kein Abendessen mehr. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach, ich persönlich bezeichne die Ausstattung als "typische Monteurs-Zimmer". Sauber, Wlan funktioniert, Flat-TV, fertig. Nach vorne zur Straße war mir es leider zu laut, wenn ich nochmal hier schlafe, auf jeden Fall mit einem Zimmer weg von der Straße. Das Frühstück ist ebenso einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Ei, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Semmeln - alles gut. Dazu O-Saft und Kaffee. Also sicher kein Haus für einen romantischen Wochenend-Trip, aber in Ordnung für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Gute drei Punkte.
