We chose this hotel mainly because the price was extremely reasonable for its location, and that’s exactly what you get—nothing more. Being right next to the Vatican at this price point already tells you what kind of experience to expect. This is not a hotel where you should expect comfort, cleanliness, or proper service standards. It’s simply a place to sleep, take a quick shower, and leave. If you’re comparing it to other hotels and expecting the same level of comfort or hygiene, that would be unrealistic given how low the price is. That said, there were still serious issues. The shower was clogged, and more importantly, another guest was given the wrong key and entered our room in the middle of the night. Situations like this can happen here, and you should be aware of that before booking. In short, this hotel offers a very basic stay in an unbeatable location for a very low price. As long as you fully understand and accept the trade-offs—especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and security—you won’t be surprised. But if you expect a proper hotel experience, this is not the place.

• Ruben (5/5): Ubicación genial pero lo demás fatal - La ubicacion muy buena Poca flexibilidad en el check-in, llegamos a la 1.00 del vuelo y no nos dieron facilidades y tuvimos que alojarnos en otro hotel. Mala comunicacion via e-mail, las fotos no corresponden con la relidad, tuvimos q esperar 30 min para q nos dieran las llaves y gracias al portero q fue crucial. El agua caliente se averio y nos dijero. Q tenian q llamar al tecnico y decidi con permiso arreglarlo yo y no tuvieron el detalle de invitarnos a nada ni nada y nos cobraron 30 euros de impuesto de turista q no nos informaron antes.

Habitacion daba a un callejon interior donde se oía mucho los camiones como descargaban las bebidas del bar que había cerca. La habitacion olía fuerte a vinagre de limpieza. Todo y avisar con antelación por whatts de nuestra hora de llegada como me indicaron,nos tuvimos que esperar mas de 15 min en la calle para que vinieran abrir.

• Jacqueline (6/5): Waar is de kitchenette en de magnetron?? - Locatie Ik had speciaal een locatie geboekt waar een kitchenette aanwezig was, vanwege mijn gezondheid. Die was er niet, ondanks dat bij de beschrijving stond dat die er wél zou moeten zijn. Ik had een dag eerder aangeven in welk tijdslot we zouden arriveren. Er was niemand! Ik heb moeten bellen en kreeg als argument dat ze meerdere hotels hebben... ja dus? Het toiletpapier werd niet aangevuld en omdat de receptie nooit (!) bemenst is, kon ik er ook niet naar vragen. Ook andere zaken die op waren, werden niet vervangen. Op zondag wordt er niet schoongemaakt blijkbaar: alleen de prullenbak werden geleegd.

• Giorgia (4/5): Pessimo, costretta ad attendere i comodi della struttura - Niente Sono stata trasferita in un altro B&B, situato a circa 600 metri dalla struttura originariamente scelta. Se fossi stata informata in anticipo, non avrei effettuato la prenotazione. L’acqua calda non è immediatamente disponibile e richiede un’attesa prolungata. Il set di asciugamani è risultato incompleto, con un solo set fornito per due persone. Nonostante avessi comunicato con largo anticipo l’orario di arrivo, non era presente alcuna persona ad accogliermi. Analoga situazione si è verificata al momento del ritiro dei bagagli: li avevo lasciati al mattino e, pur avendo avvisato e ricevuto conferma dalla struttura, non era presente nessuno, costringendomi ad attendere. L’esperienza complessiva è stata estremamente negativa: assenza di assistenza, scarsa organizzazione e totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. L’ospite è costretto ad adeguarsi esclusivamente ai comodi della struttura. Accoglienza e supporto alla clientela del tutto insoddisfacenti.

• Дар'я (3/5): - Єдине, що було окей це розташування, 5-7 хвилин до метро По перше меблі вже старі, і не не в найкращому стані, але справжньою проблемою був душ, тому що він підтікав, після прийому душу вся ванна кімната була у воді, і вода навіть витікала в сусідню кімнату. На наше звернення працівниця сказала чи потрібні нам дрдаткові рушники для підлоги, при цьому ніхто так і не в рішив проблему, номер не змінили, душ не починили. Також зазвичай просимо лишити речі до вечора, і проблем немає, але не цього разу, довелось продовжити ще на одну ніч, бо ми просто хотіли щоб речі побули там до 5 години
• Mazzotta (6/5): Il nostro soggiorno è stato lo di una notte - La stanza era molto bella ma piccola specialmente il bagno , la struttura era situata vicino al Vaticano, ma il poco che ho visto c’erano pochi supermercati, la proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile . La stanza era poco calda , perché non funziona il riscaldamento, c’era la televisione ma anche quella non funzionava,

Poca cura nei dettagli: la tv non funzionava, il condizionatore non aveva il telecomando (quindi non è stato possibile accenderlo), avrei preferito avere proprio per questo delle coperte più grosse. Però per il resto una bella camera.

• Ines (5/5): Blizu autobusne stanice, pješke 15-ak min do centra što nije loše.Ovo pišem za apartman Vatican Rooms ne apartman Vatica - Nisam bila u ovom smjestaju,dan prije dolaska su mi javili da je u apartmanu nekakav kvar i nudili druge apartmane na losijoj lokaciji,sto sam se neugodno iznenadila. Prvi nismam prijvatila nakon toga su ponudili drugu zamjenu koju sam prihvatila .Nije bio loš ali to nije bilo ono sto sam ja rezervirala.

• Pierpaolo (5/5): - Posizione ottima (vicino al Vaticano e a Castel Sant'Angelo) e molti servizi intorno. La struttura nel complesso è molto accogliente e pulita. PER POCO DORMIVAMO FUORI!!! Una cosa che non abbiamo apprezzato è il fatto che non abbiano il servizio notturno e questo a causa di quello che ci è successo l'ultima sera: siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dal portone che dà accesso alle scale per quasi 2 ore. Abbiamo chiamato per 20 volte la struttura senza ricevere risposta, quindi siamo stati costretti a suonare i citofoni dei vicini a tarda notte... Pure il 112 abbiamo chiamato, ma purtroppo non hanno potuto intervenire, essendo proprietà privata. Alla fine ce l'abbiamo fatta grazie ad un vicino, anche se, giustamente, era molto infastidito, essendo le 2 di notte.
