- Annie (8/5): - Spacious bed and room. Big locker for my 50L backpack and my 12L day pack Clean facilities (rooms, terrasse, shower room,etc) Laundry in terrasse with drying rack. Very practical! A/C in the shared space only in period, same with the room (a/c off between 12-14:00). Difficult in the hottest months (may). Big fan helps but still. English very limited (reception, coffee-restaurant). They use Google translate if needed

Las almohadas eran muy cómodas y las vistas desde la habitación eran muy buenas No tiene ascensor y subir con niños y mochilas al 3er piso no es fácil ya que el primer tramo es bastante empinado. Teníamos el desayuno incluido pero al ser un hostel te tienes que lavar los platos. Además el personal no explicaba nada y no eran muy simpáticos.

Superior Queen Room was adequate in terms of size and style however we had a problem with the AC over the bed as it was way too noisy for us to sleep well. We tried complaining about this however were informed that it was fixed. Apart from this issue with the AC, room was comfortable, bathroom was large and room was not noisy. Staff at reception were very nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. Considering the price, it was definitely great value for money. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bathroom, in particular, was poorly cleaned after the previous guest. I stayed in PB3, a room with a private bathroom, and it was clear that the toilet had not been properly disinfected—it had yellow stains and smelled like urine. This lack of hygiene was unacceptable and definitely needs improvement.

No eggs or normal food. The staff lives in this hostel and leaves their suitcases and personal belongings in the bathroom. They spend the night in common places (in the playroom, for example)

In overall it was a good stay and good value - Propperly designed, private, spacious enough, good location (not too good though, still 600m to nearest BTS under the summer’s sun) Shower water was a bit weak, the bathroom floor got really wet. Our Double dom bed was next to the standing AC and the fan was so strong and loud, we got so cold and a bit noisy - tried to adjust but the mode was fixed. I did not like the room’s perfume - it made me sick a little bit, felt chemical and not a natural smell (maybe lemongrass or citrus smell would be more neutral and pleasant to everyone)

- Sergei (8/5): Very good - Stayed with 2 kids on the personal apartments, highly recommended. For your information is 2 option of breakfast available: Free simple compliment breakfast - snacks, fruits and tea or coffee, always available if you even don't select stay with a "breakfast option". And normal breakfast, which costs ~150THB I have to fight for "normal" pre-payed breakfast in the morning. I spent about half an hour to explain all the story, showing my "booking" what I pre-payed breakfast for all family for our stay. A very unpleasant situation happened in the morning in front of all the visitors and the hungry family. Mornings shouldn't start like this.
- Yuk (9/5): Superb - The hostel is located in a pleasant and quiet street. The staff is so friendly and super helpful! The bed is comfy and I managed to have a sound sleep before I caught my flight the next day. There are many Indian restaurants nearby because the Hindu temple is just around the corner. The bathroom seems to be always wet and a bit messy cos people keep come and go at all time. The floor can be a bit slippery. It will be fine if you have your slippers with you.
- Marie (8/5): Very good - Nice for a few nights. Clean. The curtains are a bit see through but still lots of privacy. Liked the area on the roof where you can hang out or do your laundry. One of the staff people always hangs out the "cleaning time"-sign when she uses the common/shared bathroom, so she can use it by herself and listen to music. Also it wasnt always cleaned properly.
- Lum (9/5): 3 people staying for 2 nights, no lift - Cozy Environment and friendly staff No lift and having to climb the staircase with my suitcase is a nightmare, no shoes allow before going up to the room and the shoe area has a really bad smell. Slightly pricey for this environment.

- Wai (10/5): I will surely come back again - Very modern decor and beautiful dorm. There is a common area in the first floor, I could also chill out in the cafe on the ground floor. The bathroom is big and clean with hairdryer. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I also like the location very much as there are lots of Indian food as well as vegetarian restaurants in walking distance. The aircon is very cold in the room.

I had hard time to explain to receptionist- I booked this hostel for myself along with my friends- and one was booked separately. they charged my credits card one room and one was paid by my friend so basically we were supposed to pay for 4 person however receptionist kept this printed sheet which mentioned the total amount to pay. we payed entire amount as we had to rush to airport. my friends checkouts later so they mentioned it’s been shorted and then finally understood. I’m not sure when I would receive my extra paid night.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 시설은 대체로 만족하지만 리셉션 직원의 황당한 대응이 어이없어요 - 혼자서 2인용 큰침대를 이용했습니다. 원했던 창가 쪽이라 만족했습니다.(뷰는 바로 옆건물 벽이지만) 서양 여행객들이 에어컨을 최대로 트는 바람에 냉장고에 들어와있는 것처럼 추웠습니다. 줄여도 다시 최대로 틀더라고요. 도미토리니까 이해해야겠죠. 문제는 제가 체크아웃할때 터졌습니다. 클룩에서 예약한 벨럭 케리어 운송 서비스 기사가 로비에 와서 제 케리어를 운반하는 도중 바퀴가 떨어졌는데, 기사는 원래부터 떨어져있어다고 주장했습니다(제가 갖고 있을 때는 전혀 문제 없었어요) 조금의 논쟁 후 여행을 망치고 싶지 않아서 우선 체크아웃을 하고 여행을 시작했는데 클룩 본사에서 연락이 왔습니다. 호텔 직원도 제가 짐을 갖고있을 때부터 바퀴가 떨어져있던걸 봤다고 말해줬다고 합니다. 황당하고 어이가 없었습니다. 차라리 모르겠다고 하는 것이 더 솔직한 태도 아니었을까요. 태국인과 싸움이 붙으면 누가잘못했든지간에 주변에 지나가는 사람들까지도 가세해서 그 외국인을 무자비하게 때린다는 얘길 들었는데, 마치 그 꼴이었습니다. 아직까지도 그 리셉션 직원의 태도가 황당할 따름입니다.

Only one thing that can improve is mosquito because i found some of them in my bed room. Anyway, overall is great and the money well spent with this budget hotel. I will come back again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Ensuite triple room - Awesome - Room: Stayed in the friends room for 3 pax. Room was spacious and beautiful, the light streaming into the room through the big windows making the room bright and inviting. When the blinds were drawn, all lights can be blocked out for a good rest. Fixtures and furnitures are new and clean with no obvious signs of wear and tear. Air conditioning was strong and cooling. Service: Staffs were friendly and helpful! They were always smiling and would greet us good morning each day. Good command of English and always ready to help with any questions we have. As one of my friend's birthday was on the day of check-in, I emailed them to help me with a surprise. They readily accepted and the cake and card was on the table when we entered the cold room with a lit candle! Very well planned! Amenities: The door to the rooms is always locked which makes us feel safe. There was no lift but we already knew this when we booked. No toothbrush available for the private ensuite rooms, but it is available for 10 baht at the receptionist area. Hair dryer in the room is weak, but i used the hair dryer at the shared bathroom on the last day and it's very strong! The shared bathroom is also very clean and spacious. Extras: There are complimentary snacks and instant noodles available in the lobby. There's also a room for board games and to chill in general. Overall really enjoyed my stay here! There are 711 and family marts nearby. BTS surasak is about 10 mins walk away.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Just so so - Stayed in private room and it was on 4th floor, you should be aware there’s no lift so you have to carry your luggage all the way up to 4 floors - my fault I was not aware of this in advance. The room looks clean but I found a bikini hair on the hanging towels, well, and the drainage smelled so bad. I stayed 2 nights and they forgot to make the room one night, no phone in room so I have to come down 4 floors to tell them they missed the room makeup, came up and no assistance in 20mins or so, went down again and only then they brought new towels and water up - and it’s already late at night after a very long day outside. I can see other good reviews but I’m being fair, I didn’t have that nice experience here!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Love the room, met some wonderful roommates. Staffs always smiley and kind, helps a lot. But the bathroom is too wet, hope they can find a solution for this.
- mitsu (10/5): - スタッフさんがとても親切でした。 帰ってきた時や外出時に笑顔で行ってらっしゃいと言って下さり、日本語とほんの少しの英語しか話せない私でも、翻訳アプリを通してお話して下さりました。 タクシー等も呼んで下さりとても親切にしていただきました。 安心して宿泊できるかと思います。 もちろん現地の言葉が話せたら1番いいと思ってます(笑) また機会があれば利用したいと思います

- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was my first time visit Bangkok, and I couldn't help worrying about the cleanliness of shared bathroom and noises before checking in. It turned out I picked the best place to stay for my Bangkok trip! It's a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The faculty members are very nice and helpful. There were people keep public area stay clean and organized. Everyone kept their voice down when walking through the floors (No outdoor shoes/food allowed inside the sleeping area). If you are on budget, this is the place I would recommend.

Great living for relaxation and playing games even working, also many good books. Thank you for your hospitality. It's worth coming back to :)
