- Katie (8/5): Amazing hen party weekend, central hub! - Central, perfect for hen party. Was quite worn but understandable for kind of bookings. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and takeaways. Great central stop for activities. Top apartment was perfect! Great security system set up and communication from owners. Strange smell in one of the bathrooms sort of like drain smell. As mentioned, wee bit run down and evidence of previous damage but nothing major and understandable with kind of party stays that book. It is quite noisy at night but again part and parcel with being in city centre and close to all the pubs and clubs so wasn’t an issue for us! Would have been handy to send the check out instructions by text like the check in ones rather than on the app as then can ensure bookers get it.

Owner was on call when needed, very polite and helpful. Will 100% be back here if heading back to Newcastle in large group. Perfect spot if you’re going clubbing also. 10/10. Defiantly recommend this place.

- Hannah (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Newcastle for large groups - Booked 2 apartments for a hen party of 11. Properties were very central, clean and tidy! Very close to the quayside as well as the middle of Newcastle. We loved the quirky decor and names for each apartment. Communication with the staff was excellent and would definitely recommend for large groups. Thank you for such a great stay! Only downside is you are in an area with busy night life so don’t expect it to be silent! However if you’re staying in a party area it’s expected

- Matt (10/5): Perfect for Stag Do's in Newcastle. Central to everything. - Booked for my mate's stag do, perfect central location for all the bars and clubs in Newcastle. Key code on entry made it easy for people to nip back in at anytime. All facilities worked perfectly and host was on whatsapp if needed him, not that we did. Would recommend to any stag group! I don't think there was anything really other than maybe wanting more showers and toilets but everyone got out on time so wasn't a problem at all. The communal space was small but you're so close to bars and pubs we didn't need it, and everyone just sat on the bunkbeds when we chilled.

- Mark (10/5): - If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it.

- Amy (10/5): Great Central location in Newcastle. - We stayed with a group of work colleagues for a leaving party. Owner phoned me beforehand to give me full details of the apartment. We found it easily, approx. 7 mins walk from train station. We had free run of the place, had takeout delivered and had lots of social space which was great! We had towels and linen all provided. Location was perfect for us, straight out to bars and clubs and people could fall in whenever they wanted. Overall, highly recommend this place to any groups and sets of couples looking for some time out in Newcastle!
