Han (9/5): A lovely stay at this cozy place with great location, a friendly host and tons of utilities! - The place was very cozy and homelike. I stayed in the single room with access to balcony and two shared bathrooms. Some might think the room is a bit small but I found it very enough as it also had a big closet, tables and chairs. The location was very convenient with the metro station being 5 min walk away and a 24h carrefour that is even closer. The host Giuliano was very helpful and friendly. There are all kinds of utilities you'd need in the apartment and also some snacks. Soundproof wasn't great as it is in an old building. I could hear the cars and people talking on the street or other guests closing/opening the door in the apartment. The water temperature in the shower was never stable. Everything was clean but the shower rooms could use a bit of deep cleaning.

La habitación muy cómoda, tiene todo para estar confortable. Los baños siempre limpios, si por si acaso lo encuentran sucio es por algunos huéspedes. La cocina es comida, Guiliano deja alimentos para desayuno, teniendo en cuenta que no cuenta desayuno incluido, él lo proporciona como una atención al huésped y se agradece. La ubicación a una cuadra del Metro Cipro y a 10 min del Vaticano, es excelente. A menos de una cuadra tiene un carrefour 24 hs No tiene nada malo
Ellen (10/5): Fantastic value for short or medium stay in Rome. - Giuliano is like a concierge in a 5-star hotel! He is available every morning to help with all questions. The location is fantastic, very close to the Vatican, the subway, a nice Neighborhood with nice restaurants, great cafés, and a big market. He also does a good job starting the refrigerator and pantry.! I was a little cold in the room, but maybe I didn’t know how to use the heater.
Cristiano (10/5): - Soprattutto se rapportato all'aspettativa rivolta ad una camera senza bagno dedicato, la valutazione non può che essere eccellente. In realtà vi sono a disposizione due bagni, e l'interferenza con gli altri ospiti (a dispetto dei miei orari molto "banali") è stata pressochè nulla. Pulizia ineccepibile, camera silenziosa, ampia, dotata di comoda veranda (ahimè, son fumatore). La colazione non era compresa, ma il titolare ha allestito un accogliente angolo con attrezzature da cucina e "materiale consumabile" a nostra disposizione. Ingresso ad alta automazione, che non ha mai perso un colpo (a differenza di precedenti esperienze). Titolare disponibile h24, di una gentilezza sopra la media. Particolarità: trattandosi di un elegante palazzo un po' datato, il clima era confortevolissimo anche senza riscaldamento e nonostante il "colpo di coda" dell'inverno capitolino: potenza delle vecchie strutture murarie.... Elevato rapporto qualità-prezzo. Decisamente niente da obiettare.

Ali Can (10/5): Her şey için teşekkürler - Harika bir deneyim oldu. Vatikan bölgesinde sessiz ve güvenli bir yerde. Metroya 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, market ve restoran konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamayacağınız bir yer. Mekanın sahibi Giuliano ise son derece sempatik ve yardımsever bir arkadaş. Size her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazır. Odalar gayet temiz ve düzenli teslim ediliyor. Bir daha geldiğimizde kesinlikle yeni bir yer alamayacağız. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Я осталась довольна нашим проживанием, в следующий раз только сюда! Из всей нашей поездки по Италии, данная комната была одна из лучших Очень сильная слышимость! Просыпаешься от каждого открывания двери, так же в последний день заехали девушки, которые очень громко разговаривали и ночью сушили голову, что очень не давало спать((( но до этого проблем таких не было

Luxluy (1/5): - Nulla 😠 Esperienza Estremamente Deludente e Fraintendimento sulla Prenotazione Ho avuto un'esperienza molto insoddisfacente presso a causa di un grave fraintendimento sulla descrizione della camera e della rigidità della struttura. Il Problema Principale: Bagno Privato vs. Comune Al momento della prenotazione, avevo sinceramente compreso che la camera che stavo prenotando includesse un bagno privato. Purtroppo, solo in un momento successivo a poche ore dall'arrivo, (mi è venuto un dubbio sulla fornitura di asciugamani e lenzuola incluse o meno nel prezzo) ho realizzato che il bagno era in realtà comune con altre 3 o 4 camere e quindi condiviso con altri ospiti, una condizione che per me è inaccettabile e che avrebbe reso il soggiorno impraticabile. Mancanza di Flessibilità e Comprensione Ho immediatamente contattato la struttura per spiegare l'errore, ammettendo il mio fraintendimento, ma sottolineando che le mie aspettative erano basate su un'interpretazione di un servizio essenziale e per motivi di salute. Ho chiesto la cancellazione della prenotazione senza penale. Purtroppo, la richiesta è stata categoricamente rifiutata! Ho verificato personalmente (tramite Booking) che la struttura non era al completo; pertanto, il mio mancato arrivo non avrebbe causato alcuna perdita economica, rendendo ingiustificata la loro rigidità. In Conclusione Consiglio a chiunque di verificare ogni singolo dettaglio delle descrizioni e, personalmente, non raccomando una struttura che non è disposta a mostrare un minimo di comprensione in caso di evidenti fraintendimenti.

It's situated on a quiet and pleasant street, which made our stay very relaxing. The check-in process with the host was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean and had a lovely balcony. Shared bathrooms were cleaned daily, which was a big plus. We appreciated the possibility to have tea in the morning and borrow dishes when needed. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding and blankets were soft and cozy. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

Il bagno in comune. Nella descrizione generale non era specificato che la quasi totalità delle camere condivideva il bagno. Si evince solo durante la singola prenotazione, e non in modo chiarissimo!

Es un ambiente cómodo, agradable y seguro. La atención es maravillosa, el anfitrión es cercano, amable, flexible y en todo momento estuvo atento a ayudar y dar buenos datos de la ciudad, fue muy acogedor. Lara (10/5): Amazing job!! - It was close to Vatican 10 mins walk, super safe location, the host was really polite and explained me everything. It was super clean I was really surprised. It even had sweets for breakfast and cereals, I got towels for use. Super super good! I just didn't like the isolation because you can hear neighbours in the room nextdoor talking. So if it bothers you earplugs help. But everywhere in Rome is pretty loud so it's not a big deal.

Peter (10/5): Clean place to get your head and explore Rome perfect HQ 🙂 - Self check in so didn’t see the staff, everything was great nice room comfy, first time staying in a room that had a shared toilet/shower facilities but it was spotless, even had all the shower gels etc which was really good, had a little breakfast area with bread,jam & kettle with coffee and tea, honestly it was great value for money for two people, can’t complain very happy :) Nothing perfect for value :)

A big advantage is the two separate bathrooms, which make the stay much more comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent — Giuliano is very kind, helpful, and always available. If you’re coming to Rome for an AS Roma match like I did, staying at his place is the best choice — he’s a true tifoso! The location is also great: close to the metro, the Vatican, and Stadio Olimpico. Highly recommended!

Ondrej (9/5): Superb - I was afraid because for the first time I was not accommodated in a hotel by my mistake. But everything was fine and there was no disturbing moment. The two bathrooms are completely comfortable.

Laura (10/5): I had a very productive and peaceful stay. Fell asleep to the bustling sounds of the city below. The rooms are beautiful - It’s quaint and beautiful and Donatello and Giuliano are fantastic. They went above and beyond and even helped me with directions. Nothing. I just need to know how to figure out the transportation better. The public transportation is just down the alley. It’s great !!

Mario (10/5): There is no place li Rome. - It was amazing, the address, the host, comfortable, clean and way better than I expected. Lot better than the pictures, Giuliano the host was amazing, always responsible and helping with everything! I recommend for sure. If I come back to Rome and I will, for sure will search for this place again! Maybe only the sizing of the room. And it is not even necessary. Everything about the place was amazing
