La camera era in ordine, pulita (ma questo deve essere scontato), abbastanza nuova, molto piccola con anche il bagno molto piccolo. Abbiamo dovuto pagare in aggiunta al prezzo pattuito su booking € 15 al giorno per un barboncino nano !!!!
- viola (9/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ideal- sehr zu empfehlen - Die Lage war für mich perfekt, weil ich nur 5 Geh-Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt war. Bei geschlossenem Fenster konnte man die Züge, die vorbeifuhren auch absolut nicht hören, es war leise obwohl mein Zimmer Richtung Gleise gelegen war. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist klein aber frisch und lecker: es gibt alles, was man sich wünscht :) Das Zimmer ist super sauber und qualitativ hochwertig :)

- Brucksbf (4/5): Nie wieder - schade - Lage, Sauberkeit und Empfang super Um kurz nach 8h am Morgen wurde mein Zimmer vermutlich vom Reinigungspersonal aufgeschlossen, als ich noch geschlafen habe. Bin aufgeschreckt, habe aber niemenden mehr erwischt. Zimmer war unverschlossen, obwohl ich es am Abend abgeschlossen habe. Beim CheckOut leider keine Person anwesend, mit der ich mich verstöndigen konnte. Der Haupteingang war versperrt und mit einen "Na" und Handgeste wurde mir der Nebenausgang über Treppen zugewiesen. Alsolutes No Go!
- Claudia (9/5): Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für die City - Parkplatz anbei, bequeme Boxspringbetten, zentrale Lage, Kaffee - und Teezubehör und kleine Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer. Es roch zunächst intensiv nach scharfem Reinigungsmittel (Chlor?). Nach 22 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt, später Check in kostet extra. Die Bahnlinie fährt direkt am Hotel vorbei, was auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörbar ist.

Beckenbeschwerden nach 2 Nächten Gefährlicher Treppenabsatz nach dem Eingang, Situation, die baulich abgenommen wurden??? Neben der Bahn, Züge waren zu hoeren, aber kurzzeitig zu ertragen.

Frühstück 13,80€ ausreichend, aber nichts außergewöhnliches

On the same breakfast topic, perhaps extend the assortment a little more to cater to non-sugar-consuming guests by providing fruits that are very low in sugars.

We thought the hotel was in a not so pleasant part of the city also near a busy railway station trains all night and you could hear them. staff for what we saw was little helpful . Room was very clean and a good bed. balcony in some rooms if you are smokers. we had to make a last minute booking as our friends who we where going to stay with caught Covid the day we where to arrive so booking this hotel was a bit of a panic . would we stay at this hotel again NO clean room good bed.

- Thorsten (6/5): - Kleinere Unstimmigkeiten beim Check in, gebucht war Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen für eine Nacht. Vorbereitet hatten sie ein Zimmer. Haben haben ohne Probleme dann zwei Einzelzimmer erhalten. Um die Nachaltigkeit zu verbessern würde ich zu Füssigkeits-Seifenspendern raten, anstatt kleine eingepackte Seifenstückern. Ansonsten war es dem anlassen angemessen.

- Arunika (5/5): Expected and paid for better - it's very close to mulheim hbf No elevator to take your luggage up. So if you book room with balcony you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. They offered us the ground floor room instead which was of lower price but there was no compensation because of that. Reception is unmanned most of the time

So very pleased with that, which they didn't need to do Location - 5 minute walk away from Mulheim train station, which you can easily get to most of the bigger Cities from. Also, within 10 minutes of the town centre & shops you need Room was very clean & comfortable
