• Dre (10/5): I would stay there again!!!!! The folks made my stay very welcoming!!!! - I loved the fruit trees in the yard!!!! The staff was beyond helpful and made me fell at home all the time. The owner invited to his table for lunch and had his drive show me around town. GREAT SMILES!!! The hotel was great!!!! I really dont have anyting to say bad about the hotel. Great price, CLEAN and GREAT Brastfast in the mornings!!!!
• Andrea (5/5): Decepción - Habitación amplia y a muy buen precio La habitación olía muchísimo a tubería, el ruido se escuchaba también un montón (imposible dormir sin tapones), la zona en la que está ni de broma se puede estar por ahí de noche (ni de día diría, tiene mala pinta). Pero lo peor sin duda es que nos ofrecieron pedir un taxi para ir a un restaurante y luego revisando los precios nos habían cobrado/timado 6 veces más. Se disculparon después, pero nos arruinó la imagen que teníamos de ellos.

• Marta (9/5): Odlično iskustvo! - Jako pristojno i dostupno osoblje, sve su nam pokazali i izašli u susret i pripremili raniji doručak, odnosno spremili ga da ga možemo ponijeti. Udobnost kreveta i lokacija izvrsna, sve preporuke! Wi- fi je bio sporiji.

• James (5/5): Passable - The way into the location is difficult to find , and down crowded narrow back streets . Can be stressful to arrive there after a long journey. And GPS will just take one around.
• Alan (10/5): Exceptional - The staff are fantastic and treat you like a part of their family. Very helpful and attentive. They make great food. There is a beautiful garden with fresh fruit growing.
• Toomas (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast was good. It was impossible to sleep. Roosters crowed all night, believers prayed and children sang early in the morning.

• James (6/5): No pool, no aircon or fan as advertised. - The Manager seemed nice. We booked as it had a swimming pool - it doesn’t - it is fenced off as not cleaned. It also has no air con or even a fan as advertised. On arrival they put us in a room right next to the school which smelt of damp and had flies in the bathroom (not sure why as we were the only guests). We were summarily woken at 7am to choir practice right outside our window. Breakfast pancakes were soggy and inedible and we were rationed to 1 coffee each. Would not stay again and the false advertising is not right!

• Jax (7/5): Good - It has a homey feel. The staff are engaging and ready to assist. The road to the villa needs serious upgrade.
• Eva (8/5): - This could be an excellent property with a little TLC and attention to details. Pool was too green/dirty for me to swim in, would be nice to have the cushions on chairs and towels out without asking just a little tidying here and there. Staff was excellent. Friendly,helpful.

• Tatiana (9/5): A backwater in the city - It has a beautiful garden, a peace, in the mornings I could hear the drums of the tribes. The food is very good! The attentive staff. I liked everything about the hotel

• Ilyes (8/5): As expected, good place to stay in for few days. - There were just few people when I was there (almost the only one if I don't count the staff), so it was very calm and silent. Also, because a lot of rooms were unused, they gave be a better room for the same price, with a fan and mosquito net. I truly appreciated that! Clean place, and near the city center. They also do meals for lunch and dinner, which can be convenient! Malfunctioning toilet but it was not a big deal.

• Dennis (8/5): Very good - Not too far from the Arusha city center. Comfy beds and kind staff. They even have laundry facilities. 1. Though they said swimming pool is there it is not usable 2. When I try to check out from the hotel, the receptionist said owner wanted to speak to me regarding the payment. I said I booked this through booking.com and payment also done via booking.com. but owner said they didn't receive the payment from booking.com and didn't let me go and ask for another payment. And he said me to resolve this matter with booking.com. This is the first time it happened to me. I showed the evidence in booking.com to the receptionist and he believed I was right. After almost 40 minutes arguments, receptionist finally let me go. He realized owner was wrong. There was no any booking.com office in Tanzania and contacting them was not possible.
• Aavo (9/5): The staff is very frendly. Thomas is very helpful, he can make you the Arusha tour as a guide. - Breakfast was good. You casn order the lunch and dinner there as well. Pool was out of order.
