Chambres agréables, bien isolées, literie confortable, salle de bain bien équipée, personnel aimable, petit déjeuner buffet. Juste un type de viennoiserie au petit-déjeuner, soit une brioche aux raisins à l'exception du dimanche matin où étaient proposés des croissants et des pains au chocolats.

- munetaka (10/5): また神戸に行く時は是非利用したいと思います。 - スタッフの方など対応も良く、中華街からも駅からも近いので大変お勧めです。コンビニも近かったです。駐車場もあり車の方もお勧めです。朝食も美味しかったですが、カレーがとても美味しく最近宿泊したホテルの中で1番良かった。 アイスペールが小さかったので、何度か氷を取りに行かなければならなかった程度で、その他はとても快適で素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

- Cosmo-ingk (5/5): - 清掃が行き届いていた。 駅から少々距離がある。 部屋が狭くスーツケースを広げられない。加えて一人用の大きめの椅子が２脚もあり、かなりスペースを取っている。デスクと高さも合わず、ビジネスホテルなのに何のための椅子なのか。 フロントスタッフの人数が少なく、チェックインに待ち時間があった。待っている間に充電器を借りに来た宿泊客がいた。フロントスタッフはチェックインの列に並んでくださいと伝えて、その方は去っていった。もう少し人員がいたら、丁寧な対応ができると思った。
