- Priyenka (10/5): Excellent and was very sad to leave. - The food overall was nice. The croissants were delicious. The staff were on the ball but special mention on Lindiwe who went out of her way to get me a breakfast pack for my husband who had to leave at 5am. The restaurant was so busy but she still took time to bring it to my room.. Which made me feel like I was the only guest at the hotel. The restaurant was so busy because they open to the public as well. While it was nice that hotel guests had a seperate area to eat it didn't serve any purpose as we still had to join the same long queues to get the food. The pastries took so long to refill, understandably as they're freshly made, but as they came out you would get 2 or 3 guests piling their plates up with all that was there then we'd have to wait for the next batch. Maybe get someone to man the pastries station so that everyone gets to eat the pastries as they come out. Also the little kids were running a mock by the beverages just pouring and mixing and matching and spilling all over.. As someone who hates to see wastage get someone again to oversee this as some parents don't bother to control their kids. This isnt a hotel fault but a suggestion. And the coffee machine takes way too long to make a coffee leading to long queues again and by the time you get your coffee your foods cold.

He received us with a smile,asked us to complete the paperwork and said he would check if at least one room was available for us,so we could freshen up. I loved is aura,he has the best smile. Best buffet breakfast In my room there was no still drinking water which they normally place in the rooms. They did not explain how their Aircons work since they are operated virse versa. When I booked I chose the room with a pool view but I got a different room with no view
