Un albergo semplice, ma con tutto il necessario e un bel terrazzino su cui fare colazione (questa piuttosto ricca con un bel vassoio preparato dalla titolare). Molto gradita la flessibilità sugli orari di checkin-checkout.

Abbastanza vicino al Careggi.Panorama carino, nei dintorni c erano locali. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio in strada tranquillamente. La culla non era delle migliori ma nostro figlio ha dormito bene lo stesso.

Lo Staff è stato gentile e disponibile. La signora ci ha offerto la sua lavatrice per lavare i nostri panni dopo una camminata con pioggia e fango.. Buona colazione dolce/salata servita su un bel terrazzo. Struttura potenzialmente interessante, ma avrebbe bisogno di un serio restauro e un po' più di pulizia. Prezzo elevato.

• Anett (9/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top! Eine große Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit Eiern nach Wunsch, SchinkenKäseToast und allem, was einem den Morgen versüßt. Das Bad und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Sicher, die Möbel sind alt und knarzen daher und andere bissel abgewohnt (vorherige Rezensionen) , was aber bei der Lage, dem Frühstück und dem Preis nicht ins Gewicht fällt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Man kann mit jedem Wunsch zu ihnen kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 🙏🏼 Anett und Karola

• Michael (7/5): Für Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. - Lage top zum Amphitheater, Parkplätze in der Nähe, gemütliches Zimmer, sauberes großes Bad. Die Frühstücksterasse war von der Lage sehr schön, die Möblierung allerdings, wohlwollend gesagt, reichlich abgewohnt. Das Frühstück recht bescheiden, der Service toscanisch zurückhaltend. Wer in Anbetracht des Namens der Unterkunft ein freistehendes Haus erwartet, wird enttäuscht, das Hotel ist ein Reihenhaus, die Rezeption und die Zimmer sind nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen.

• Federico (1/5): Pessimo - Le foto e i commenti positivi evidentemente sono falsi. Struttura degradata, sporca, malsana e priva dei minimi di requisiti di igiene e sicurezza. Davvero pessima Tutto. La nostra esperienza presso questa struttura è stata semplicemente disastrosa. Siamo stati accolti da individui dall’aspetto volgarmente trasandato e visibilmente sporco, circostanza che ha immediatamente trasmesso un senso di degrado e scarsa professionalità. Gli ambienti si presentavano in condizioni malsane, sudici e abbandonati all’incuria, con un livello di pulizia a dir poco inaccettabile per qualsiasi contesto che pretenda di ospitare dei clienti. Un’accoglienza del genere, unita a un ambiente tanto indecoroso, denota non solo totale mancanza di rispetto verso gli ospiti, ma anche un livello gestionale vergognoso e indegno. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di affidarsi a questa struttura: ciò che abbiamo trovato è stato sporcizia, trascuratezza e un degrado umano e ambientale inaccettabile.

• Margaret (7/5): Good - The veranda with a great view, and the breakfast served on it were wonderful. The room was fine and quiet even on a Saturday night. Staff very nice. The area was great. The long flight of stairs up to 2nd floor was a little difficult with suitases, but the helpful staff carried them up and down if needed. The chandelier in the room worked but needs repair. The wifi was not good in my room.

The neighborhood is quiet and has a good view of the city. The room had a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, a desk, and a closet. The rooftop is good for relaxing and eating the breakfast. The bus route is often delayed.

• Gillian (8/5): Cycling Tour of Tuscany. Fabulous Fiesole - Great location, garden terrace on the roof.with spectacular views. Probably the best breakfast of our trip. Quirky but wonderful. Served on the roof terrace by "Mama". Fresh croissants and cake, scrambled.eggs made to order, ham, cheese, freshly.sliced fruit and endless coffee, yogurt and OJ. This is a one star hotel - it's a bit tired decor wise and wouldn't suit people who like modern, pristine facilities. Our bathroom resembled a caravan bathroom. We had to step up into it - you could shower, use the tiolet and clean your teeth all at once! However, it has it's own charm and the important bits are right - clean, crisp sheets, good towels, clean bathroom. Also the view from our bedroom window was sublime!

The place is run-down and really could use a renovation and some better cleaning. Small bathroom and not so comfy beds. All in all a bit overpriced given the quality offered.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - The staffs happy and welcoming atmosphere, this is family run b and b , a lovely breakfast and beautiful views from terraced, location woundful, please do note this is in the village on hill nearby and not florence but the number 7 bus line is only 1.50 euros and takes you down to the middle of city in about 20 mins, this is worth it to get the views you wouldn't get in the city.great value for money, you get what you pay for, we didn't pay for a fancy hotel therefore you can't judge this hidden Jem by the same standards like some unfair reviews have, this belongs to a family. Nothing. Can't complain about anything
• Vidal (10/5): Clean, super cozy, great breakfast and THE VIEW - This is a family hostel, a powerful old but gold lady and her children, is super cozy and they are very cute. They took a lot of care in the breakfast, which has everything and waited for us until we arrive (which was at 10 pm). Thanks to this place I understood that you should never stay at the populated places, but a bit far. Is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and very italian. Me and my mom don't speak a word of italian, but we communicate with the stuff easy (considering I am very socially anxious). Also you have an herbidor with tea and coffe in your room. Carefull on the address, because in the city of Florence, there is a street with the same name and we ended there super late and got scared, so remember that is in Fiesole, not Fierense. Then you took the bus 7 for some minutes and arrive at the top of some montain where the alberge is.
