Lyndy (7/5): I would stay there again if the cost was less and I was in a different unit. - The location was great- just across one street from the ski resort. The managers of the property were very helpful and kind, and tried to fix each issue. The particular unit we were in is in much need of updating. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The fees added on were astoundingly high! We paid $1100 per night, but half of that was in various fees.
Karen (10/5): Lovely view of lower ski slope, beautifully lit trees and gondola. - Walking across street to access ski slope. Well maintained property and condo. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff and responsive to requests. Bunk beds up against radiator heater which buzz/make noise and wakes up lower bunk occupant. Wonderfully supplied kitchen only thing we found missing was cookie sheet(s) for baking garlic bread and cookies.
Ronald (10/5): It fit all our needs. We understand cleaners don’t do maintenance so someone should out the properties if cleaners don’t - Well supplied and suitable for our group. Needs a blind replaced in living room that is missing and a rod on the blind next to it is also missing. Also, cleaners need to dust the blinds and bathroom vents. Also could use some Saran Wrap to place over leftover dishes since there is no Tupperware. And towel rack in Master bath is pulling off the wall.

J (1/5): Bad - The close proximity to mountain was the only true asset of this property. Room was not ready after being told it was. Room has not been updated, maybe ever. 1980's carpet, appliances, cabinetry, cookware, dishware, and furniture; the last of which is supported by pieces of plywood and some cabinet hardware falling off. The master bedroom had a small bed and the 2nd bedroom had the master bed furniture. Dirty socks left in bedroom closet. There was mold on the shower curtain, cookware was rusty and dish and glassware dirty. This is the worst property I have ever booked through booking.com and / or Vacasa. Someone should be embarassed to have Kutuk #107 in their inventory.

First they cancelled my reservation and offered a poorer quality unit in the same complex. Then without notifying me they cancelled me in the reassigned unit. Had I not called the Booking.com number my whole vacation would have been a ruin! Will never schedule a trip at Kutuk, Booking.com, or VACASA! I thought I was booking directly at Kutuk. but then discovered it was through Bookings.com, and they were subbing it through VACASA. First they cancelled my reservation and offered a poorer quality unit in the same complex. Then without notifying me they cancelled me in the reassigned unit. Had I not called the Booking.com number my whole vacation would have been a ruin! Will never schedule a trip at Kutuk, Booking.com, or VACASA!
