- HUA-YI (10/5): - Clean room and free hot water for coca tea. A bit far from the city center because it’s on a hill. But we managed and didnt ruin the experience with this hotel
- Sophia-Anna (8/5): - The room and especially the bathroom were clean. The location of the hotel was a little off the lively areas but that made it very quiet to sleep, which was nice! There is also an elevator in the building, so you don’t have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. The room was rather cold, but they provided an electric heater so it was ok. And the room was smaller than it appeared on the pictures.

Je recommande le restaurant SOQA à 8 mn à pied et sur la même hauteur. Attention ça n'a rien à voir mais nous sommes allés à pied à SACSAYHUAMAN, çà monte fort. Rien.

O rapaz da recepção, Michael, também foi super solicito, indicando locais, passeios,, agências.... O quarto era muito confortável e sempre limpo. A água do chuveiro bem quente... Tudo foi excelente, recomendamos. Nada.

- Samia (7/5): - L’accueil du personnel et le petit déjeuner à emporter lors des départs pour les visites avant 6h La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur l’intérieur de l’hôtel et on pouvait beaucoup entendre le bruit des autres clients qui parlent tard le soir dans le hall de l’hôtel + les rideaux qui ne ferment pas complètement et laisse passer le jour complètement

- Victoria (9/5): Comfortable stay in a quiet location - The location is very good, close to the San Blas neighborhood and market, which are within easy walking distance. While it’s slightly further from the main city center, I actually appreciated that it was quieter and more peaceful. I stayed in a king room with a balcony, which made a big difference. Having access to fresh air is especially important in Cusco, and being able to open the balcony was very helpful, particularly at altitude. The bed was very comfortable, and although the room was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed. The staff at reception were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast could definitely be improved. Although the views from the breakfast area are nice, the selection was quite limited and not particularly impressive. I also didn’t have a great experience with the laundry service. My clothes came back with a very strong detergent smell and didn’t feel properly rinsed, which was disappointing.

Si haces excursión por varios días podes dejar las valijas en el hotel si volves a el. Desayuno bueno y completo Le vendría bien para cerrar el círculo y ser realmente un hotel completo es tener un frigobar en la habitación

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und der Ausblick vom Frühstücksraum einmalig. Wir haben auch den Wäscheservice genutzt und unser Gepäck ohne Probleme für zwei Tage zwischengelagert. Die Lage ist auch ideal um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu gehen. Es ist extrem hellhörig zwischen den Zimmern. Das Wasser wird nicht richtig heiß, aber gerade so warm genug.

Desde el primer momento se percibe un ambiente acogedor, tranquilo y muy cuidado. Su ubicación es muy buena, en un sector tranquilo, ideal para dormir bien, pero a la vez cercana a los principales puntos de la ciudad. - Stylianos (4/5): Απαράδεκτο και αγενές προσωπικό! Μείνετε μακριά! - Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο. Το προσωπικό ήταν απαράδεκτο με εξαίρεση έναν υπάλληλο. Χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα όταν ζητήσαμε 2 χαρτιά τουαλέτας και μας έδωσαν μόνο το 1 αρνούμενοι να δώσουν 2ο. Επίσης, στο διπλανό στενό μου επιτέθηκε ένας σκύλος και με δάγκωσε στο δεξί μου πόδι. Δεν υπάρχε καμία προειδοποίηση από εκείνους ότι υπάρχει ένα επιθετικό σκυλί εκεί κοντά. Όταν τους είπα ότι με δάγκωσε το αντιμετώπισαν με αδιαφορία και ούτε με ρώτησαν μετά τι έγινε. Αναγκάστηκα να ψάξω για να κάνω το εμβόλιο της λύσσας για να σιγουρευτώ ότι δεν θα κινδυνεύσω. Τέλος, είναι σχετικά μακριά από την plaza de armas (15 λεπτά με τα πόδια) και έχει ανηφόρα για να γυρίσεις από το κέντρο οπότε το κάνεις μόνο με ταξί συνεχώς καθώς σε τέτοιο υψόμετρο δεν είναι εύκολο με τα πόδια. Η συμβουλή μου είναι να αποφύγετε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο και να μείνετε σε κάποιο άλλο πιο κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Ακόμα και σε hostel να είχα μείνει πιστεύω θα ήταν καλύτερα από αυτό.

It’s just out of the centre style area only 10 minutes walk to the centre but so central to many other things. Would definitely stay again.

About 12mins walk from the main square - The room was spacious with plenty of natural light It’s a functional hotel, reminded me a little of halls of residence for students particularly on the stairs and around the hallways, but it’s spotless in the bedrooms and has a seating area just inside the window. I stayed in other Cusco properties with more personality but the rooms would have been substantially smaller

Breakfast to go bi mogli poboljšati s obzirom da većina turista ima rane izlete pa su takvi box obroci vrlo česti. Za hotel s 3 zvjezdice i cijenu, mislim da je hotel dosta dobar. S obzirom da smo na honey moonu, dobili smo predivno iznenađenje s laticama ruža u obliku srca u sobi, sve pohvale za trud! Osoblje je vrlo uslužno i stoji na raspolaganju!

- Krishna (9/5): Great clean room with good location - The property was in a great location, around a 10–15 minute walk to the centre and just 5 minutes from San Blas. It was clean, with reliable hot water in the shower, and the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially with preparing early morning breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and the breakfast was decent and kept us going for the day. The TV also had various apps, including Netflix, which was a nice touch. We even did our laundry which is ready for you the next day. The only downside, as mentioned by others, is that it can get a bit noisy at night with sound carrying through the balcony doors. We used earplugs and had no issues though, and I imagine anywhere closer to the centre would be even louder.

Und wir durften die Garage für unser Auto benutzen, mit Lift zum Zimmer. Super. In 12 Minuten am Hauptplatz. Frühstück wäre verbesserungswürdig. Aber für diesen Preis ok. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

- Juliana (10/5): - Os funcionários foram muito gentis, precisei cancelar no dia a minha reserva pois meu carro quebrou e não achei um mecânico aberto no domingo e estava em Soraypampa. Cancelaram sem taxa. Meu marido conseguiu arrumar o carro sem mecânico e decidimos ir para o hotel mesmo de noite. Eles nos aceitaram com o mesmo preço da reserva que tínhamos cancelado. Estávamos exaustos, pois o carro deu um trabalho e ainda viajamos 3 horas, mas a estadia, a cama boa, o café da manhã maravilhoso e o atendimento cordial fizeram com que nossa viagem melhorasse muito.

- Thomas (10/5): Relaxing / friendliness / highly recommended - Muri Homely Hotel was my base in Cusco. The welcoming and helpful staff made my stay perfect, so instead of staying only the booked three days I decided staying there 14 days. I moved up to the top floor rooms with a stunning view of the city and a kitchen. The hotel is in a quiet area not far from a small archeological zone. One can easily walk to the historic centre though. It is well placed on a square with a quiet park, easy to get a cab or waiting for a tour bus as the streets are more modern than the busy cobble stone streets in the centre. The breakfast / coffee. But I am spoiled coming from Italy and dislike coffee almost everywhere outside of Italy.

- Gustavo Alberto (6/5): Lindo hotel, ubicación regular, algo caro. - Nos alojamos en la suite con 2 habitaciones que es muy amplia y cómoda, con living separado, cocina y baño con hidromasaje. Muy linda suite con buena vista y balcón. Si bien está a 1,1 km de la plaza de Cusco se llega por calles angostas muy empinadas, no es buena la ubicación para caminar. La zona es linda igualmente, frente a una plaza arbolalda. La Sui te estaba ubicada en el piso 5, el lugar para desayunar en el piso 6. Muy mala insonorización, a la noche se escuchaban los ruidos de la cocina que se intensificaron desde las 5 AM, que empiezan a preparar todo, y a las 6 AM se escuchan los ruidos de la gente desayunando. Corren una silla y es como si lo hicieran sobre tu cabeza. Dormimos de 12 a 5 AM. Es un poco caro en relación a la mayoría de los hoteles.
