- Verified traveler (2/5): - I took a shower and the floor in the room got wet a little bit. I couldn’t find anything not even a rug to wipe it. So I used one of the towels to dry the floor. Turned out that the floor was dirty so when I wipe the floor, the towel got dirty. I didn’t think it would be a problem. When I checked out, the worker said that the towel got dirty so she has to wash it. I told her that if she wash it, the towel will be clean and it won’t be that hard to clean it. Because the towel didn’t get dirty with blood or something that wasn’t washable. They way she talked to me, sounded like they don’t wash anything including the sheets, blanket, etc. in the room after the guests checkout. Because she said “I have to wash it” They will charge you anything that get dirty in the room so they don’t have to wash anything. That’s really disgusting. She charged me 400 baht. If I knew she will charge me 400 baht just for that, I would wash it because it’s not hard to get rid of the dirt on the towel. Also I booked the room for 2 nights but only spent one night there. I didn’t complain when I didn’t get any refund for the night that I didn’t spend there. But charged me 400 baht just for that, i can’t accept it.

- Stephen (6/5): Nice lobby no hot water and maintenance issues - Nice lobby. No hot water in bathroom at all during our stay. Room quite noisy at times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of services in lobby (travel agent taxi service money exchange laundry and watch repair) room was nice but small. Free coffee in reception but no Break fast option but nearby restaurants were good. A bit off the beaten track for Bangla and nightlife but some ok bars nearby so overall ok. Bathroom needed refurbishment. AC worked well but blew directly on bed due to room size. Room cleaning was variable. Would stay again as price was reasonable. Hotel let down by a lack of maintenance and junk stored in corridors. Really steep staircase with no handrail could be a bit of a trip hazard but lift worked well
- Warren (10/5): Game Boutique - centrally located well priced - Great central location- close to open air market and large mall. Staff awesome. Older location but priced accordingly. Will definitely stay again -
