Vikash (8/5): Propr Management Services exceeded the standard service norms and are doing a great job overall. - Freedom of access and well thought out products and equipment for a self catering stay needs a new induction top stove not an old element style hot plate.

Happy Noisy people in street every night, so have to keep windows closed to block out noise. oven marking completely gone - so guessing which plate / setting took time. A bit of a moldy smell in bedroom

Ntombenhle (4/5): Great location and good apartment, but horrible service. - Location Amenities like soap and toilet paper were never replaced in the fifteen days that we were there. And no one even bothered to check if everything was in order. Fumigation is required for the roaches.
Rachael (10/5): It was a great stay. - It was perfect for our stay, in the right location, clean and comfortable. Good value for money and a great system with the concierge. It was all explained well and he met us at the gate with the keys and as our Uber arrived he was already there which made us feel very safe and secure with our luggage. We had no issue with the property.

Itai (5/5): Overally OK, just a bad start to the stay. - Location was ideal and the rooms met my expectations. Initially I could not figure out how to turn on the fridge but later on did. the check in process was what put me off. I did not get the check in details only to get to the gate and could not figure out how to get assistance. The hosts need to send this information to the clients as soon as booking or payment has been received. It makes communication easier. Using 1 call centre number is not practical because it went unanswered.
Musa (10/5): 4/5 - I was there for Capetown Marathon. I liked the place because it was closer to the beach, shops, gym and the stadium. Is just a walking distance to one place to another. I really enjoyed my stay.
