Tina (2/5): Would not recommend staying here. It’s old, worn out and not clean. - Only the location The rooms are not clean. The titles and walls look worn out (poor quality of material used). If you’re into staying in hostels, then this is just a bit better to stay in because of your own space. But, for a 4 star establishment. It is not a great experience Our bathroom was appalling. The shower has white marks on the black walls. We got moved to another room, but still wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff, the location, overall ambience was not good , the kettle had rust on it, the shower was not working and on the second last day of stay the flush stopped working..

Luke (10/5): Hidden little GEM in the back of SEMINYAK - The service is second to none. We stay here often because of this. The breakfast included is so good I don’t have to worry about looking for lunch as I’m not hungry until dinner. The hotel is beautiful and maintained the rooms are comfortable and air con is on point. The toiletries and bottled water are refreshed daily and the pools are just awesome and they get enough sun so you can swing comfortably in bath water for hours. If you have not stayed here you most definitely should. Puspa will take care of your booking and nothing is ever too much trouble!

marta (1/5): Very disputing unsafe experience still waiting for my refund but noon responding - Literally nothing I booked 4 nights but checked out after just one due to serious safety and comfort concerns. There was no ventilation in the rooms, making it hard to breathe, especially at night. Shockingly, three different men knocked on my door late at night saying they were “looking for a friend.” The property is located right next to Kerobokan jail, and the whole place had a very uncomfortable, ghetto-like vibe. Despite raising my concerns within 5 minutes of checking in, I was only refunded for one night. I understand it was a non-refundable booking, but safety and basic comfort should be a given, not a gamble. Everyone seemed quick to take payment but unwilling to provide a secure or decent stay. The manager was friendly, but unfortunately that didn’t change the fact that I didn’t feel safe, and no proper resolution was offered.

Samantha (9/5): After 7 weeks travelling it felt like a home from home - We arrived at 1am and were a bit disappointed as the pool wasn’t as nice as the photos snd the sofa in the room was dirty. The next day we realised there were 2 pools and once we had one of the nicest breakfast ever and met the lovely staff we began to fall in love with the place. Nothing was a problem for the staff Although I preferred the larger pool outs was cleaned every morning and we did enjoy swimming in it. The beds were very comfortable and shower was great. We are thinking of going back next week 😄 Sofa and curtains need a clean Pool area could so with some paint but don’t let that put you off

Gres (10/5): Я в захваті! Рекомендую! - 1) дуже приємний, красивий інтерʼєр готелю, стильний та сучасний! 2) басейн прям біля номеру - це вау! Багато часу провели в ньому з сином, чистий і зручний. Раджу брати номер біля басейну, якщо людите плавати. 3) смачні і естетичні сніданки, які у нас входили в вартість. Три види смачних та корисних інстаграмних сніданки на будь-який смак. Також велике смачне меню їжі протягом дня. 4) привітний персонал 5) все чисто і комфортно. 6) я продовжила наше перебування ще на пару днів, бо готель чудовий. Тут можна прям жити. 7) місцезнаходження непогане, можна швидко доїхати до пляжу (10 хв), до Чангу 20 хв, до Кути і далі. Шкода, що не працює спа, так би я тут взагалі лишилась би жити надовго))

He would greet everyone in restaurant and ask if everything is ok but not u - My friend accidentally stained bed cover with makeup, they didn’t change it even though it was a noticeable stain. The pillowcases also weren’t changed for 4 days even though we had put the bedding on the floor as an indication that it needs to be changed. Not really towards people of color, except the waiter he was really nice and helpful.
