Non solo ci hanno indicato dove trovare un rarissimo parcheggio economico a Genova, ma ci hanno proprio portato. Ci hanno inoltre dato suggerimenti su dove fare colazione, con una piacevole cordialità. La camera era bellissima e fornita di tutto il necessario per la notte e la mattina successiva. Consigliato fortemente.

• Déborah (4/5): - L’accueil était très bon, Mattia et Luca se sont assurés que nous soyons bien accueillis et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils pour profiter de la ville. Le lit nous a laissé avec un mal de dos. Nous en avons parlé à Luca (qui possède plusieurs établissements), mais il n’a pas su nous proposer de solutions à part un changement d’oreillers. Nous sommes partis avant la fin de notre séjour.

• Miklós (10/5): - Annyira jó volt minden, hogy csak egy kis apró hibát tudtam találni (ami sajnos a legtöbb hasonló szállásra igaz), mégpedig azt, hogy nincs szappantartó a zuhanyzóban, így a zuhanyzás idejére nincs hova tenni fülkén belül a szappant. A szállásadó, Luca rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Sajnos bejelentkezéskor a kaputelefonban semmi nem hallatszik abból amit mondott, így fogalmunk sem volt hányadik emeleten van a szállás. Lehet, hogy e-mailben el kellene küldenie ezt az infót, esetleg a kaputelefonon lehetne valamit javítani, de szerintem sejtette, hogy nem tudjuk, mert nyitott ajtóval, a lépcsőházban várt minket mosolyogva!

It's a nice enough location. It is very inconvenient that there are no shelves in the shower cabin. There is no place to put gel or other accessories. Also, the safe in our room (2) did not work, but the owner promised to fix it by 06.08.2025.

There is a coffee machine with capsules. Airconditioner worked well. The staff was helpful for an (a bit)early check-in. The water in bathroom gets hot suddenly and then gets warm during taking a shower.

Local bom, próximo dos pontos turísticos, quarto com frigobar, ar-condicionado ótimo, almofadas para substituir um travesseiro extra, pessoal atencioso mas não há recepção 24h; tudo resolvido por WhatsApp.

There wasn’t enough information about the hotel before arrival. It was a flat designed like air bnb. We weren’t able to find even the apartment for some time. Also, there wasn’t a person speaking English when we arrived there. I wasn’t pleased about the service at the reception. The real contact person Luka came afterwards. We would expect a more caring and informative welcoming. The room was tiny for two people.
• Jordi (8/5): Estancia correcta - De la habitación no me puedo quejar porque estaba en perfectas condiciones, pero no dispone de baño y este era compartido con otra habitación. No entiendo la denominación de Hotel cuando estaríamos hablando de cinco habitaciones de un antiguo piso, situado en un bloque de oficinas y pisos particulares. No dispone de recepciónista como tal, sinó que has de concretar la hora en la que vas a llegar para que te pueda atender y poco más. La ubicación del “Hotel” es bastante buena y tranquila.

• Vincenzo (7/5): Good - The position was great. The owners were available for early check-in and fast in answering my questions and requests. The room was comfortable and wide. The shared bathroom was tiny. The shower was not very comfortable. The lighting condition in the room was not so great.
• Jonathan (10/5): Cool place in Genoa - The location was really good, 10-20 minutes from everything, enabling you to stroll through the town and see everything. Nearby are some great restaurants. My room was nice and big, the host was cool, there was a free bottle of water and everything I needed with plenty of storage options, including a fridge and a nice big bed. Air con was great when I used it. They also have this cool old lift which I just enjoyed. My only gripe and this is a small thing hence why my rating is still high, I ended up bitten all over by mosquitos. This was definitely in the property as I killed 5 in my room with at least one more still buzzing about. I dont think the property can do much about it as the little biters will do as they do, but maybe a bug zapper or some net curtains wouldn't go amiss, this is the only area I would improve.

• Niamh (8/5): Lovely building, lovely room, location good. - Not obvious from the Main Street, but lovely building, lovely rooms, has everything you need. Nothing!
• Alexander (8/5): I'd stay again. - The room as great. However, I would have liked to have my own bathroom. The location is great for being in Genova!
• Nadine (8/5): - The room was small but nicely decorated and clean. Everything you need was there. There is a lovely old staircase but also an old style typical Italian elevator to the 5th floor.

• suneetha (10/5): - Beautiful large rooms , very clean , convenient , pretty much seamless - if you are independent and can find your way around , need concierge services , directions - be aware it isn’t manned most of the time , but the staff seems accessible with WhatsApp if there is an issue . Also it’s a small boutique hotel , occupying one section of a floor and what looks like an office/ residential building - there is no big sign outside announcing the hotel Bathroom / toilet is communal - something I didn’t pick up when I booked the hotel - but it was kept clean , shower was a little finicky but once I was shown how to operate it - served it’s purpose . About 10 min walk to the railway station - convenient to restaurants
• Elina (8/5): Good location to explore Genova - The location is great, not too far from the historical part of Genova and near to many restaurants. The room is quite small but worked fine for us since we only stayed 2 nights.
• Silke (10/5): - The owner is very considerate and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the old town, the sea and many many really good restaurants. My room was nicely quiete. I am looking forward to come back.
• Anonymous (5/5): If the shower gets fixed, we would stay here again for a short trip. - -The Place of the hotel. -The beds were comfortable. - Luca was very friendly. -We could hardly sleep, because at 3am People started ringing the doorbell and afterwards talking very loudly. - The shower hadn‘t enough water pressure to wash long hair and we couldn‘t regulate the temperature. -The hotel was difficult to find. There wasn‘t a big sign outside. We walked around the block a few times to find it.
