• Stavros (8/5): - Although the area is close to the city center, the apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it somewhat unsafe. There is also a lot of noise coming from the other apartments.

• Paola (8/5): - L'appartamento è in una posizione ottimale per la visita della città, anche se leggermente fuori dal centro, in un quartiere tranquillo. La struttura è piccola ma efficiente. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la serratura automatica, ma l'assistenza da parte del proprietario è stata costante e tempestiva, molto gentili e disponibili.

• Dimitar (1/5): Totally disappointed from this apartment! Don't go there! - The only good review is for the location of the apartment. All the rest is total disaster! I'd like to share the negative experience that me and my family had in this apartment. When we checked in the apartment we realized that the apartment is totally frozen and there were only two blankets and two top covers. There are heaters inside, but very small once and they're not able to turn over the temperature. So I kindly asked the host to provide something more to warm ourselves, as my kids were freezing, but they said that they won't do anything else, so I was forced to buy thermal underwear for all of us and even a small heater. We turned it on and the main switch shutted down. We tried to take showers, but the boiler is so small that after the first person you have to wait for at least 30-45 minutes just to make sure that the water will be enough for the second. So taking a shower is something that the last of us had to wait until 01:00 o'clock and this is every day. At last but not at least there's no Internet in the apartment and after several restarts from the electricity and after all the steps the host told me to try nothing happened. I told them that I need the Internet urgently, as I have to work and I have also scheduled several online meetings, but all they told me as again "I understand you, from reception the only thing I can do is to continue communicating the message to the appropriate department and transmit back the answer that they give me.". So guys, if you wanna be totally disappointed visit this place, otherwise just stay away!

• Javi (8/5): Good apartment close to the centre - Perfect location, close to bus and tube. There were some doors that werent locking, but I told them and they said are going to fix it for the next customer

• Radosław (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Very close to the city centrum. Very clean room, Good equipment quality. Bad was very comfortable to. Good contact with landlord. Clearly this is not a room for people over 1,75. The marks on my head confirm this. Beware of the stairs and cornice on the mezzanine. Without it, it would be perfect, despite price really to high for this quality. But it seems to be a general problem in Madrid.
• Natalia (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing! It is a scam! But relatively good location, walking distance from the Royal Palace. This apartment is much smaller than it should be. According to the description it is 50 m2 but it is maximum half of that. I think it was that size originally but they make it into two smaller apartments. Because of it the walls are really thin, so it can be very noisy! And there are no windows at all!! In my opinion it is a scam because I payed relatively lot of money for cosy rooms and did not get that. There were also problem with the wifi. The place where one must collect the keys is so far away from the apartment that is ridiculous.

• Abigail (9/5): Amazing stay and I would fully recommend to friends visiting Madrid in the future! - Reception was friendly and the apartment was very clean with an excellent location and great furnishings. Felt as though we were locals while staying there despite being from out of town! Checking out was nice and easy. Holplace was very responsive and answered my questions with great detail. Felt safe the whole time! Unable to remember whether this was mentioned, but Holplace will hold your luggage for the day if you’re staying in Madrid past checkout time. Three of us stayed in the apartment. Felt as though it would comfortably fit four, though with any more people it may be a tight fit. Initial instructions regarding the distance of the reception desk from the apartment itself could have been more clear. We walked from the key pickup location to the apartment, though it was a bit of a trek given we had luggage with us. Additionally, I was concerned about giving my passport to reception as an international visitor, but turns out that most places require you to hand over your passport.
