Os funcionários são excepcionais e os serviços funcionam muito bem. O preço do pequeno almoço é exagerado, muito caro, não justifica pagar 30€/35€ por pessoa, duas pessoas eram quase 70€, é quase um abuso.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant as it was closed the evening we stayed but we got a take away from La Voute which was very close by and we ate in our room. The room was spotless and cosy too No air con in the room

• Tim the traveller (9/5): Top plek, ook in de zomer - De locatie was schitterend. De kamer ruim en erg schoon. Wij waren er in de zomerperiode. Erg relaxte omgeving, heerlijk ontbijt en goede faciliteiten. Wij hadden een kamer met avondzon wat een spectaculair plaatje gaf rond zonsondergang. Ligt tegen een werkende skilift aan waar je eenmaal boven heerlijk kunt wandelen maar ook mooie downhill mountainbike routes kunt doen. Schitterende regio maar alles wel vrij prijzig met een gezin. Skiliften, mountainbike huur en ook het eten en drinken was aan de prijs vergeleken met andere gebieden in Frankrijk. Daar staat wel een prachtige en nog vrij rustige omgeving in de zomer tegenover.

We had agreed an early check in but that failed, the room cleaning team were incredibly late, one day this happened at 5.30 pm which is not good enough, when we questioned reception they were not interested and this was a real shame, as otherwise the hotel was excellent, get more cleaners guys !!!!!

We had a hot tub on our balcony which i thought was silly but we used it everyday! loved it. Restaurant is good, if a little expensive and noisy as a popular spot. • Daniel (10/5): We had four rooms for us and our three children and the whole holiday was fantastic, it is quite pricey but you do get a - Saint Martin is amazing, and the location of the hotel is perfect, it’s a smaller hotel than I initiate thought, the restaurant bar and spa facilities are all incredible. The half board option is to die for the food is incredible value for money for such fine food… their electric car charger charged my Tesla very quickly too. The parking situation was perfect. The rooms are incredibly basic and tiny, and I don’t like the horrible carpet… for such a boutique hotel I wish they put slightly more effort into the room rooms, also having two single beds pushed together instead of a double with different mattresses that separate during the night is incredibly annoying.

Ski in and ski out location at the base of the St Martin gondola. Walkable to local restaurants in St Martin de Belleville. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

A total ‘no problem’ approach from receptionists, through to maitre D, bar and restaurant staff. All to be commended. Perfect location for the lift and clearly the place to be for lunch and après ski. Pool could have been warmer! (And longer!)

Very cosy and functional design, suuper friendly staff, few meters to the ski lift and ski school. Very broad after-ski program: pool with outdoor jacuzzi, 2 bars with different music, fireplace. Very good breakfast and restaurant. The place has literally everything for a great ski vacation. Place is run by a family and you see and feel it everywhere.simply in love with it! No minuses.

• Oksana (9/5): Very nice cozy hotel in a small picturesque village with plenty of outdoor activities in the area. - The hotel is very nicely designed, with beautiful views. It has a nice spa with an indoor swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzis. Restaurant is also very good. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace which was a great way to unwind and relax after outside activities. There are also yoga classes organised on the terrace. So, we really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come again. I found the breakfast a bit overpriced for what you get. The price for parking is also very high, but we didn't have a problem finding a place around (I guess because it's not a high season).
• Jelena (8/5): Lovely hotel and staff. Awesome location. Watch out for the noise from construction. - The property has a lovely cedar interior and smell to it. My suit was very comfortable with large balcony. Spa is excellent! Views are amazing! Gondola is across the hotel. We were there during summer and there was no AC in the room. There is big construction site in front of the hotel that will be there for while that starts making noise from 7 am and it makes enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony impossible.

• Nasrin (10/5): A room with a view - Amazing hotel. Next to the ski lifts and sport hiring shops. Fantastic staff, great food, beautiful room with the view of the mountains. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi after our ski. Due to school holidays the place was a little too busy and sometimes you would have to wait longer to get service.

Could hear the neighbors in the room next door, kids playing in the room below, music blasting from speakers right outside our room. Had to wear noise cancelling headphones during a massage and ear plugs to sleep. Such a shame as everything else in this hotel was great.

• Nigel (8/5): Very good - The location could't have been better - so convenient for ski hire and the connecting lift to Les Menuires area. The staff were all wonderful, and unfailingly friendly and obliging. The special dinner on Christmas Eve was excellent. Great pool/spa area. The rooms can be noisy. One of our rooms was on the first floor and above the restaurant, which was noisy in the evening and again from 05.00. The other room was on the second floor and less noisy, but too hot at night if the window wasn't kept open, but this introduced road noise. We had to use earplugs. If the heat was adjustable, it wasn't clear how this could be done. The restaurant was also very chaotic on two evenings with too many people. On one of these evening we had been given a table booking for 20.00 but we had to remain in the bar area before they were eventually able to seat us in the restaurant at 21.15. The staff were really good about the situation and did their very best to seat us as soon as they could. The food that night was also not of the same high quality as on previous nights. The restaurant is obviously very popular, and justifiably so, but its popularity is causing standards to fall.
• Alena (10/5): everything is perfect - it was wonderful time in this hotel! all staff were very kind and attentive! And how beautifully the dishes are served in the restaurant and a very tasty and varied breakfast! Near the restaurant is playing room for children, it is very comfortable when you sit in restaurant and your children are playing there! In this hotel feels like home! And they are very kind to dogs. The service is perfect and people who work there are perfect too!!! before our arrival they sent us all necessary information (about ski school, parking and others). The ski lift is right at the hotel, also a DJ is playing in the bar on the street closer to 5 pm and it's very cozy. we travel a lot, and this is first time when we so delighted with the staff! thank you so much for everything! we are glad to share with you our family trip
