At Stay Realm, our core technological proposition is delivering the most optimal market rates to our users. Our algorithmic pricing models continuously scan global distribution systems to ensure extreme competitiveness.
However, if you finalize a booking through the Stay Realm platform and subsequently discover a lower publicly available rate on a competing website within 24 hours of your initial transaction, we will decisively act to protect your investment. We will not only match the lower price, but we will issue an additional 10% discount off the competing rate, or provide equivalent travel credits to your account.
To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure accurate comparative analysis, the competing rate must meet a strict set of identical parameters. The lower rate must be for the exact same property, the exact same room type (including identical views, bed configurations, and square footage), and the exact same check-in and check-out dates.
Furthermore, the competing rate must encompass the exact same cancellation policy, deposit requirements, and inclusions (e.g., if your Stay Realm booking includes complimentary breakfast and airport transfers, the competing rate must explicitly include these identical amenities). The competing rate must be available in the identical currency you used to finalize your Stay Realm booking to eliminate artificial discrepancies caused by real-time currency exchange fluctuations.
Time is of the essence when executing a Best Price Guarantee claim. You must submit your formal claim via our portal within precisely 24 hours of receiving your Stay Realm booking confirmation email, and strictly no later than 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time of the property.
Your claim must include your Stay Realm booking reference number, a direct, functioning hyper-link to the exact webpage where the lower rate is hosted, and high-resolution, unedited screenshots unequivocally displaying the final checkout price (inclusive of all taxes and standard fees).
Upon submission, our Pricing Integrity team will immediately commence the verification protocol. We will independently navigate to the provided third-party link and attempt to replicate the booking parameters.
The competing rate must be independently verifiable and publicly bookable by our agents at the precise time of verification. Claims reliant on cached webpages, expired promotional codes, or screenshots that our agents cannot independently replicate will be categorically denied. We aim to process and resolve all claims within 24 operational hours.
If your claim is successfully verified according to the stringent parameters outlined above, Stay Realm will take immediate financial action. We will proactively adjust your existing reservation to match the lower competing rate.
As a testament to our confidence, we will apply an additional 10% discount on top of the matched rate. Alternatively, depending on the property's specific financial structure, we may issue the difference plus the 10% bonus in the form of unrestricted Stay Realm travel credits, deposited directly into your user ledger.
The Best Price Guarantee is explicitly designed for publicly accessible market rates. Consequently, several categories of rates are strictly excluded from this policy. We will not honor claims based on "opaque" or auction sites where the specific property name is concealed until after the transaction is completed (e.g., Priceline Name Your Own Price, Hotwire Hot Rates).
Furthermore, the guarantee explicitly excludes private rates, negotiated corporate discount rates, group booking rates, closed-user-group rates requiring a paid membership (e.g., AAA, AARP), loyalty program redemption rates, package rates (where the hotel is bundled with flights or rental cars), and rates offered via direct mail or email solicitations.
Stay Realm reserves the absolute and unilateral right to determine the validity of any claim, including determining whether the competing rate is genuinely available and whether it meets the identical parameter requirements. All decisions rendered by the Stay Realm Pricing Integrity team are final and legally binding. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Best Price Guarantee program at any time, without prior notice.
