Moorea Golf Lodge

The staff were absolutely wonderful, my favorite part of the stay! The restaurant is decent, the bungalows are very spacious and clean.

There are four separate bungalows on site. We had three couples staying for several days so it was nice to each have our own space, but to spend time together on an ocean front porch.

The only thing I would have changed if I could would be the state of the road leading to the accomodations. This is not the fault of the lodge but would be nice to know for anyone staying there.

The bed was uncomfortable and there was not a lot in walking distance.

The manager Kevin was incredible. More than helpful in every way, booking our trips for us and getting discounts on them, came fishing with me in the sea organising our breakfasts. The accommodation was well equipped and perfect for us and what we needed. We enjoyed the walk to Tamae beach, and the snorkelling there was awesome. Really enjoyed getting up early and seeing the sunrise from the small beach of the accommodation, opening coconuts that had washed up and even seeing whales not far off in the sea. We had use of some bikes free of charge (they could do with a little bit of maintenance Kevin), which enlarged our area of exploration and Kevin also rents cars out too (though we didn't). Some people have mentioned that it is a little far from anywhere, but all three trips that Kevin organised for us had pick up included so we didn't feel isolated in anyway. We had an amazing time there and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making our stay so special Kevin.

The beach area would benefit from being a bit cleaner.

Breakfast was had by one of the group , she liked it Having a restaurant on site was great , enjoyed seeing the locals there as well. Great view from the front unit, was fun to have the ocean put us to sleep at night . Loved the proximity to Tamea beach . Will be back next year . Great to have parking right there

The one bedroom unit was a bit small for a non couple , but ideal for a couple

Very nice place to stay. Lodges are huge. We were watching whales from the beach every morning, which was really unexpected.

Loved the positiin, the comfort of our bungalow, Josiane's kindness - sorry but Colette always seemed grumpy and not very welcoming. Kevin, the owner was also really kind🌞 We were sad to leave this beautiful spot.

As previously mentioned, Colette's attitude. A nice smile to welcome her guest won't cost much.

Comfortable spacious cabin with a porch, well equipped kitchen. Responsive staff. Restaurant at the site is helpful although the bar never opened while we were there. We arrived several hours earlier than the check-in time but no issue.

The dirt road leading to the property is not maintained well, making it slow and difficult to get to the site. Air conditioner works but took hours and hours to cool the living room despite the ceiling fan on. Not many restaurants in the vicinity and mostly closed when we were there.
