Everything. Small, boutique accommodation. Beautiful rooms with little terrace and stunning views. Great position to get to all of the old city. Delightful owners. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast served in the courtyard.

De transfer met de taxi, vanaf de locatie waar onze auto stond was erg goed geregeld. De locatie zelf was top. Matera is fantastisch om te zien en ervaren. Heerlijk gegeten bij de buurvrouw Oi Mari.

The location right inside the Sassi district was perfect. The owner, who is a former chef, makes all the breakfast from scratch, and it is an absolute must-try—it was truly delicious, especially the focaccia which I still dream about! Our room was a beautifully and artistically designed cave that felt dreamlike, magical, and wonderfully cool. The owner’s interior design taste is incredibly sophisticated. Thanks to the detailed explanation of the Sassi area and the map provided, our 3-day stay was fully enriched. I also had dinner at a restaurant recommended by the owner; everything from the pasta with Cruschi peppers to the main course and the tiramisu was flawless. This was the final stop of our honeymoon, and the warmth and kindness of the owner's family made this a hotel and a city we truly long to visit again.
