年末に沖縄南部でのんびりしたいと思い、楽しみにしていた旅行でした。チェックイン当日、夕方5時にホテルに到着するも、入り口は鍵が閉まっており、ノックをしても誰も出ず、呼び鈴は見当たりませんでした。入り口のドアをノックをしたり、人の気配がないか、建物周囲を探し回りました。建物に隣接している、オーナーの自宅と思われる門の呼び鈴を鳴らしましたが、誰も出ず、その場で何度か電話をしましたが、電話も誰も出ませんでした。電話には留守電も設定されていませんでした。 30分ほどそこにいましたが、周囲が暗くなり、寒くなってきたので、そのままその場にいることもできず、10キロほど離れた最寄りのコンビニに避難。それから2時間の間、コンビニから何度も電話をかけ続けましたが、電話にだれも出ず、12月30日の年の暮れに、このままチェックインできなければ野宿になってしまうため、諦めて、早々にどこか泊まる場所を見つけなければなりませんでした。念のため、何度もかけた電話番号は、1週間前に宅急便の受け取りの件で、同じ番号にかけて、オーナーの方と話をしたときの同じ電話番号ですので、電話番号が間違っていた、と言う事はあり得ません。年末の休暇で来て、見知らぬ場所で、泊まる場所がなく、オーナーとも連絡が取れない不安な気持ちで、私のお正月休暇が台無しになりました。今回の宿泊に関しては、私に非があるとは全く思いません。全額のホテル宿泊料金の払い戻しを要求します。このペンションには二度と泊まりません。宿泊代を全額、払い戻ししてください。詐欺行為に近いです。
