"An sich sehr ok, aber unzufriedenstellende Reklamation"

Für unsere Gruppe von 3 Paaren: 2 Zimmer sehr geräumig und gut gelegen. Eines der Zimmer, im Erdgeschoss, war sehr beengt und nahezu finster, es musste aber derselbe Preis dafür bezahlt werden. Reklamationen haben weder Vorort noch über Bookingcom geholfen!
