Briet Apartments

Great location to explore Reykjavik.

Some of the cookware was not very clean, but no issues other than that.

Great location- comfy beds. Cute apartment. Lovely and warm. Perfect!

Wasn’t clean enough. Some things needs to be chucked out from cupboards and some food trails remained from previous people. Dirty sponges in the shower. Best to remove!

The location is fantastic. Everything we needed for our stay was available. It's fairly quiet, depending who is staying above you. The informational emails from the host were very detailed and beneficial.

The front door key was a challenge most of the time. The automated emails were great, but some of the questions I asked via email or text did not get a response. Having an extra towel would have been good. The coffee maker could be replaced.

Great location

Entrance and stairs very unappealing. The house didn’t feel very clean either and was a bit in need of some tlc. Not all the beds were made and the room set up was a bit odd. WiFi or tv didn’t work all the time we were there. I did raise it on the first day but didn’t get a reply until we were about to come home and it still didn’t get fixed.

Location was great, nice to have coffee machine.

The property was actually up an alley rather than the one that appeared at the front and it wasn’t clear which lock box, door, we were heading to, despite the very thorough instructions (we had to agree in advance we understood these, but of course we couldn’t have understood until we got there) Photos would really help. The apartment was cold & we were instructed to leave windows open. The water smelled tainted, even though Icelandic water is famously clean. There were dirty bowls in the cupboard.

Posizione centralissima. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus per le varie escursioni. Vicino a supermercato e ristoranti. Dotata di tutti i comfort (stoviglie, bagno finestrato, doccia perfetta, ecc...)

Per noi non è stato un problema ma se per esempio siete anziani o fate fatica con le valigie, c'è una bella rampa di scale ripide e stretta da fare per arrivare all'appartamento con 3 camere. Il check in è in autonomia quindi non troverete nessuno a darvi mano. Se siete più coppie/famiglie sappiate che una camera è minuscola con due letti singoli, le matrimoniali sono comunicanti (per esempio gli ospiti di una camera devono passare dall'altra camera per andare in bagno).
