Ubicación perfecta. A 10min de la catedral, puerto y Lago… lo tienes todo. Hasta un supermercado cerca.

Sucio, almohadas muy muy sucias. Cuidado que si vas con maletas de 20kg para subir piso, te armas de fuerza y valor en esas escaleras que tiene. Para 7 personas dejaron un bote de 15ml de gel y otro igual de champú.

Location was great . It was in the heart of the city and key points , good restaurants were all in walkable distance .

The surrounding is not clean . If you have big luggage , the stairs can be a challenge . Internet WiFi is very slow ..The layout of the house is weird but no complains on that .

Muy céntrico y fácil check in. Práctico para cocinar aunque los espacios son pequeños.

La comunicación es lenta y no siempre responde a lo que se pregunta. El alojamiento tenía mucho polvo y fue sin duda el peor que tuvimos en todo el viaje. El agua de la ducha huele muchísimo a a huevo, olor que coge todo el apartamento.

It was a challenge finding the property to begin with based on the description. This needs to be improved. Also I do not recall the hotel description stating it is paid street parking. Providing the information would be helpful as well as how to use the paid parking machines.
