Nothing to like - it was closed! Leaving me on the street to find a new hotel ASAP!

DO NOT BOOK - this hotel doesn’t even exist!

Be careful. This hotel is still accepting reservations despite having shut down months ago. We had a very bad experience when we arrived late at night last May 25 and found that the hotel was closed and no longer in business. This caused significant inconvenience and stress looking for accommodation early morning! Good thing there’s a shop beside that it’s still open and informed us that it’s shutdown the hotel.

Hostel was closed. I didn’t checked in.

L’établissement est fermé depuis6 mois. Nous nous sommes rendu devant lors de notre arrivée à Amman et il semblait désaffecté. Les commerçants autour nous ont indiqué qu’il était fermé depuis 6 mois. Je suis dans l’attente d’une réponse de booking

Nothing, guest service was poor for the lack of understanding for leaving us without a hotel and help after we stood outside of the hotel for 30 mins.

We stood outside of the hotel and tried to ring the three doorbells for 30 minutes before we got a message on booking that the hotel is closed (because of the war). we even had help from our taxidriver and people nearby trying to call the reception with no answer. the hotel or booking wanted us to confirm our booking as latest as three days before our tripand there was no mention of our stay being canselled. after we got through to the hotel they explisitly lied in their message that they had tried to inform us that they had canselled our stay. this did not happen as WE had to contact booking to cancel our reservation after being stranded in Amman without a hotel for two nights.
