Comfort Suites Wooster near University Campus

Beds and pillows were awful- hard and lumpy- terrible. Keys had to be reset multiple times each day. Breakfast food was bad. Does anyone like hard as rock biscuits or watery scrambled eggs. Staff couldn’t provide basic directions to area attractions. No evening food or beverage service available. Elevator was very slow and seemed to always go to 4 before it wound go to lower floors

Television didn't work ,toilet didn't work ,and room smelled like marijuana.

I got there a day early and you wanted to charge more for one night than I had paid for the original three night stay per day that I had booked thru “Booking.com. So I went next door and stayed the first night at the Hilton for the same price.

We loved the spacious bedroom and big bathroom. It was well maintained. Breakfast was good. The price was fair.

Big room, nice staff. Great breakfast included. Never used the pool, but it looked nice Needed a shower chair and they brought one up for us. We are both handicapped so that was great. Price was good. My niece stayed at the hotel next door and had to pay for wifi and breakfast.

This is an older property but the staff is amazingly nice! It's clean but our room carpet was heavily stained. The bathroom was clean and the shower had no mildew/mold stains which was surprising considering the age of the property. Breakfast had lots of options and the area appeared clean and well organized. The area appeared safe and quiet. The room walls were thin, but when our neighbors were noisy, they did move them to another room. Overall, it was a good stay for the price.

The rooms and common areas were very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly. My daughter left an ear bud behind in our room, and after check out they called to let us know they found it.
