most of the high touch areas in the room had clearly not been cleaned. Four black hairs in the shower, a couple hairs on the bed, and a greasy handprint on the table.

Paid over $800 for four nights for a hotel that didn't have more than half of their cable channels working the entire time. I mentioned it and was told a few things. 1. There was a system update and it messed things up 2. Randomly their onsite maintenance man came up and he meant well but he didn't do anything but look at the TV and ine

Very nice size suite for the money! Pull out couch was very dirty and thin mattress, hard to sleep on. Other then that every place was clean and fresh!
