No information on how to use the safe in the room

Booked a senior suite with river view to include breakfast for 1 week . Price was super hotel was very clean and modern with attentive staff throughout. John especially on reception who from the start offered to help me with any trips/transport etc , which he did a couple of times with no pressure . Great little pool and rooftop bar which I generally had to myself when up there . Very central , many restaurants nearby and a couple of good little bars 30 metres from the hotel showing all sports and catering to many foreign visitors . Beach is about 2km away but when a taxi to it cost approximately £1.50/€2 it hardly an issue . Good breakfast selection but does finish promptly and little early . I highly recommend this place .

The location was good since we wanted to be on the river, however after experiencing the city I would have preferred to stay closer to the beach. It was clean and all the facilities were well maintained. The food selection (breakfast) daily was also satisfactory.

We felt like just another number in this hotel. The staff was polite, however we only saw members of staff when checking in and checking out. For our entire stay we never saw anyone else. Although the hotel was nice, I would say it is better for travelling for business as apposed to traveling on holiday. Especially coming from another country, we expected better staff engagement since that is what we experienced at all our other hotels in Vietnam.

Centraal gelegen. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Infinitypool is geweldig

De airco was een beetje muf

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Greets us everytime we exit out of elevator and enter the hotel. Felt like I was in a 5 star hotel.

The pool was a bit small and the fridge was too hot and didn't cool my drinks.
