"Exceptional"

The location is ideal. Right in the heart of the Old Town. The quartiere delle ceramiche was just a few meters away. Simona was an ideal host. She was quick to respond to inquiries and even offered me a ride to the station. Highly recommend this B and B. It was clean, had a comfy bed, the ac was good and had tempur pillows. The kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay. There was even a complimentary bottle of water and bitter. Overall, an excellent experience!

There was nothing i didnt like.

"Great place"

Very clean. Great location in the graphic streets of the beautiful town of grottaglie. The hosts are great and the breakfast at Primo Collazione is the epitome of Italian welcoming!!!

"Didn't leave the best impression"

Nice sized room. Clean and comfortable. Central location in the old town of Grottaglie.

Poor customer service. The person who greeted us with the key was pretty inflexible about the check-in time - we had to give an exact time the day before and when we called to let her know we were 30 minutes away (arriving a little earlier than planned), she was quite abrupt and told us she couldn't come before the previously arranged time. Unfriendly and unhelpful when checking us in too. The 'available parking' refers to public, on-street parking located a 5 minute walk from the property. Our stay included breakfast and we were given tokens for a nearby bar. I order a cappuccino and cornetto and my partner, a double espresso and a cornetto. As we were leaving, they informed us we 'owed them' extra on account of ordering a double espresso, instead of a single.

Great room. Thoughtfully decorated, great location, spotlessly clean. The owners were great, they allowed us to store our bikes securely, and worked hard to ensure we could check in early (we were bicycle touring, but arriving everywhere early to avoid cycling during the worst of the heatweave). Breakfast vouchers were provided at a nearby cafe, which was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again.
