Nobel Hotel Baku — очень хороший отель. Персонал очень вежливый, внутри всё чисто и аккуратно. Вживую всё так же красиво, как на Booking, даже лучше. Вид шикарный. Всем советую, спасибо большое!

The night experience with no sleep do to party which was not interupted by hotel team (house night rules), breakfast which was not on the expected level and other guest smoking in the rooms was to much for us.

Hotel staff are so friendly. The environment is really amazing. The view from the room is undefinable and so attractive.

The beds are not comfortable. I want to suggest to the hotel manager to kindly focus on the beds; they're very uncomfortable. Although my overall stay is fantastic except that beds in the room.

nice waiter and chef adem and dima Adam took great care of me during my stay at your hotel, and the communication was excellent.

“However, I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially the night reception team. I had a small problem and needed assistance, but they were not helpful. My bank card from my country had a minor issue, and when I asked if they could charge my card and give me cash so I could take a taxi to the airport, they were unable to help me resolve the situation. In the end, I trusted the taxi driver, and when I returned to my country, I sent him his payment along with a good tip to his account. While I was in Baku, he treated me very well and was very welcoming
