Property Notes

A damage deposit of €150 will be required on arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 14 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed. A charge of €60 is applied to the deposit if the cleanliness of the accommodations is not correct (garbage without throwing away, dishes to be washed) Verneda accepts pets for an additional fee, except in the Humarau apartment. On the condition that pet is never left alone and pet is always on a leash while she walks around the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort facilities, respecting others.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Muy buen lugar para desconectar de la ciudad y disfrutar de las montañas. Viajamos en familia con un perro en invierno y nos encantó el lugar.

Se podría ofrecer al menos un trozo de jabón para lavar las manos, porque no había ni champú ni gel ni jabón.

"Genial estancia para disfrutar de la Vall d’Aran y sus pistas de esquí"

El personal es super atento y super educado. Se portaron muy bien con las niñas. El bungalow, a pesar de ser pequeñito, tenía de todo lo necesario, las camas muy cómodas y la calefacción encendida al llega, por lo que estaba super calentito.

La atención del personal y estancia, aunque un poco justa en espacio a pesar de ser “de luxe”. Armarios y espacio para guardar la Ropa.

Las almohadas y las camas. El sofá pequeño para 4 personas. No hay cable hdmi para connectar ordenador o TV en cable.
