Wonderful villa with a great location right next to the ocean. Very friendly owner and a perfect place to relax and explore the island!

Amazing location, the house is simply perfect.

There were some cockroaches and overall animals and ants over the kitchen.

Great atmosphere. The house has many nice details and is beautifully situated close to beautiful rock formations and natural stone pools. The street is very quiet. There are 2-5 restaurants in walking distance. On the terrace around the house are 3 tables, so you can always have your meal in the sun or shadow as you prefer. The pool was cleaned during our stay.

In February the house can get a bit chilly, but this is very often the case in these areas. Good to bring extra socks and a sweater. If I was the owner I would install lamps creating a more cosy atmosphere for the evenings. It has nothing to do with the house, but for small children it is difficult to find a good beach, as tides and waves make it suitable for good swimmers and as there is often a difficult access to the water via many stairs. There is a very limited amount of sand beaches.

The design by Cesar Manrique is unique and the beachfront location is wonderful.

The absentee owners can be more proactive in their communications regarding checkin and ensure that the property is 100% ready upon arrival for guests (unfortunately, I had a near meltdown when the wifi at this remote location did not work in the beginning). I never saw them and we communicated over mobile and email, which is not very comfortable for non-Spanish guests without local telecom options, especially if there are problems.
