Amber Ski-in/out Hotel & Spa

After listening to and watching the music video “Last Christmas” by Wham! for more than 40 years—entirely filmed in Saas-Fee—I always dreamed of celebrating Christmas here one day with my family. That wish has now come true. We stayed at your hotel and checked out today, and we truly spent a magical Christmas time. The hotel, its location, facilities, and especially the staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. It is such a cozy hotel, and from the very first minute we felt we were exactly in the right place. The rooms for our family were fabulous and perfectly suited for us. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Lage des Hotels, dass man mit den Skis direkt auf die Piste kann.

Das Licht im Zimmer ist gemütlich zum Chillen, aber zum Lesen hat es kein richtiges Licht. Zudem hat die Lampe am Spiegel nicht funktioniert.

Alle Angestellten waren freundlich. Ganz toll fanden wir, dass es neben dem Spa eine Getränke Launch hatte, wo wir gratis Tee und Kaffee trinken konnten.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass der Spabereich in der Hauptsaison etwas zu klein wäre. Für uns war es ok so.

Sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Nichts war alles so wie gewünscht.
