清潔感、スタッフの対応、気配り ロビーのつくりがちょっと鬼滅の刃感

部屋の鍵が昔ながらの鍵まわし開け閉めタイプでセキュリティ、防犯面でやや不安。 老舗ホテルなので仕方ないかもですが。

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The baths (Spa) are amazing... A real treat not to be missed. Great Japanese breakfast.

The hotel feels a bit old... I guess you could call it "vintage". It has 1980's or even 1970's "vibes". I kind of liked it but my room had a weird smell (moldy?) which was a bit unpleasant.

"古き良き旅館"

良い意味で昭和感があり50代の私は懐かしい感（床の絨毯、エレベーターの柄など） 鯉が優雅に館内を泳いでおり､くつろげるロビーが落ち着く 大浴場もとても素晴らしい 湯上がりのかりん水はとても美味しかったです 室内は古さを感じますが間取りや鍵が古いタイプで懐かしさがあります ペットボトルのお水のサービスはありませんが､お茶を急須で入れて湯飲みで飲めますし氷水もポットで用意がされてて昔ながらの旅館が楽しめました。諏訪湖へのアクセスもよく楽しめました。 利用しませんでしたが､レンタサイクルがありました！ヘルメット付きです！ ウエルカムドリンクもありました。
