החדר היה קטן אמנם אבל מאובזר כיאות. נהנינו מעמדת הקפה במלון נהנינו מצוות המלון בקבלה, בחדרים.שירות מעולה.

Location of hotel, cleanliness, every single staff member were polite, helpful, friendly and always interested if everything was fine orbif I needed anything. I want to give an enormous thanks to front desk staff member (Nissim C.) Hopefully, I got his name right. He was amazing providing directions and on my last day of my stay he helped book my taxi reservation to the airport as it was Shabbat/Saturday and all public transportation was not in service and he was polite to assist me in booking my taxi. Great thanks and greatly appreciate you Nissim C. Hopefully, I'll go back to Israel next year 2026 and definitely I will stay here again. Jorge Prado

Very clean hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated that it is European-style, so there were no Sabbath restrictions like elevators stopping on weekends. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and close to everything.

Breakfast lacked variety in protein options, and the start time at 6:30 a.m. was very strict with no flexibility. The room was small, and the hotel is expensive, although prices in Israel are generally high everywhere.

מרוב הבחינות המלון מצויין. נקי, מזמין ויש כל מה שצריך. הגענו משפחה מורחבת, לקחנו 4 חדרים. לא הצליחו לשים אותנו קרוב אחד םשני. ⁸

ביקשנו במפןרש מיטת תינוק באחד החדרים של אחד מבני המשפחה שהגיע מחו"ל בטיסת לילה מאוחרת, נאמר לנו שיש וסודר. אך למרבה ההפתעה, כשהגיעו משדה התעופה ב1.30 בלילה עם התינוק העייף והמסכן שלא ישן יממה בערך, המיטב לא היתה בחדר. והצוות שאמור לסדר לא היה בנמצא או זמין, כך שפקיד הקבלה שאייש את משמרת הלילה נאלץ להתחיל לחפש איפה נמצאת מיטת תינוק ואת כל הציוד הנלווה. הןא היה מאוד בסדר, ועדיין לקחה שעה עד שסיים לארגן ואפשר היה להכניס את התינוק לישון.
