USThis accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and super clean. Mr. Brandi gave us a warm reception and great orientation to Matera and saw to all of our needs, especially parking.

ROVery clean, comfortable bed and excellent position. Great to have heat system that we could use to make a more pleasant atmosphere being in Matera in November and evening and nights were cooler. Thank you for a lovely experience!
ROVery good location, walking distance to pedestrian area from Sassi, very clean and new furniture, everything spotless. Also Mr Genaro was very nice and welcoming, willing to help us with a lot of information about restaurants, places to visits etc. Definitely a place to recommend and come back

IEWe had the most wonderful time staying with Gennaro. He was a wonderful host and especially helpful. The accommodation was spotless and so close to the Sassi. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely return again.
