USThe property is perfectly located, everything is brand new and super clean. It is comfortable, modern, well located, absolutely perfect. The best part is the host, Gennaro, who allowed an early check in, greeted me, went out of his way to help with any requests, and even went to his place to find an adaptor that I needed, he is amazing. He also speaks perfect english which made things easier. Cant recommend enough, thanks!

ALIt was everything as in the photos and description. The room was absolutely clean and you have everything you need. Very spacious, good location, Italian breakfast and the host is very polite and you can ask everything you need or any suggestions.
FIExtremely nice accommodation and suberb location. We can warmly recommend. Also great for two friends or family as there was another double bed in the loft in it's own privacy. The room and excellent bathroom were spacious and coffee machine in the entrance was an extra bonus. Also kettle in the room and water and juice in the fridge. 10 points!!

Residence molto accogliente e pulito in un vicolo molto silenzioso a due passi dall'accesso ai Sassi. Camera a due livelli dall'interior design piacevolissimo. Letto molto comodo. Ottimo host, gentile e disponibile.
Struttura nuova e confortevolissima in una location veramente ideale, a 200 metri dalla piazza centrale e dai Sassi ed in una zona centralissima ricca di bar, pizzerie, rosticcerie e ristoranti. Molti i posti auto disponibili in prossimità della struttura, alcuni anche non a pagamento. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era accogliente, dal design molto gradevole, decorata con gusto, silenziosissima e superpulita. Letto molto confortevole con scelta di cuscini. Il proprietario, affabile, ci ha fornito molti consigli per la nostra breve visita. Superconsigliato.
La struttura è veramente eccellente e tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Purtroppo devo fare un piccolo appunto per quanto riguarda la gestione. Al secondo giorno, sebbene avessi richiesto la pulizia della camera non ho avuto modo di constatare che sia effettivamente stata fatta. gli asciugamani che erano in terra non solo non sono stati cambiati ma sono rimasti dove erano. Inoltre le bottigliette di acqua consumate il primo giorno non sono state reintegrate. Piccoli particolari chiaramente ma che comunque avrebbero fatto la differenza.
