The hospitality of Alberto wins you over. He had the best tips for restaurants, for the best beach, he even found me a massage when my neck hurt. The location is very romantic and very picturesque, very good dinner, and very good campari spritz.

The only down thing for us was that the bed was smaller that we expected.

Beautiful location. Beautiful building. Owner was gracious and helpful. Staff was exceptional.

A very beautiful property, located on a hilltop, at the foot of Mount Titan, on the border between Emilia Romagna and Marche. We spent 8 nights there, and it was still not enough to see all the surrounding beauties. From everything I saw, Urbino and Pesaro are the most beautiful, as is San Marino. The property offers very good conditions for accommodation and relaxation, large, clean rooms and everything you need to feel good. Mister. Alberto, the owner, makes sure that everything is so that the tourist feels good. For those who want to sit and rest, they can do so, the pool is large and very well maintained. I warmly recommend this location, we will definitely come back, because there are still many things we need to see.
