Hotel Citlalli

Great location sorrounded by coffee shops and restaurants, safe you can walk to your near destinations or just to get to know the area, the staff kind and helpful I arrived in the morning with my 11 year old son and they kindly gave me early check in, the breakfast is included and you have different choices. The room was spacius, clean.

Breakfast was good

The hotel is located across a couple of bars and restaurants that play loud music until 2:30 am. This was on a weekday (Wednesday and Thursday) the two nights we stayed. We couldn’t sleep and left the hotel with a headache. The furniture was old and stained. Not enough parking.

Everything was perfect

Everything was excellent except for the parking situation. There was limited parking and the attendant wouldn’t let us park in front. He said that he was reserving the spot for someone else. It was like that several nights ago ven though we didn’t really see anyone parked there.

very cute boutique hotel. very friendly and accommodating staff. they treated me like family. very good location. plenty of eating establishments within walking distance.i would stay here again.

I would recommend the owner/operator to consider providing an electric water heater for the rooms to make coffee or tea.

Staff is very friendly and professional, there is always someone at the reception 24hrs a day, so it felt safe and you can leave your key with them and dont have to take it to the streets. The room was very clean, breakfast is included and was pretty good, too. The location in San Benito Neighbourhood is very convenient too, I always felt safe even walking at night. In the end I ended up staying more nights than I had planned in this hotel.

Great small, simple hotel. The staff is wonderful. Breakfast is simple but good. In general terms, a simple, affordable hotel in a really good area of San Salvador. You will find just exactly what you need to enjoy your stay. Good A/C, ample rooms, ample bathroom, everything squeaky clean... the service was very good, everybody in their staff was very respectful and kind. I spent in 3 nights what I would spend in 1 night at another big chain hotel.
