Nothing. Absolutely NOTHING! I do not recommend anyone give their money to this rental company!

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever gone through. I was supposed to sleep and get ready for my wedding here but they never sent me the check in info. The phone doesn’t work for the property and goes straight to voice mail. I had to contact booking.com to reach out for help with STILL NO ANSWER. After 3 hours of waiting booking.com confirmed we would be refunded. Funnily enough, after my wedding planner left a bad review, they sent the check in info a day after I was supposed to check in. Too late! I had to scramble during my rehearsal dinner to find a new place and had to spend MORE MONEY. My rehearsal dinner was ruined and we had to reschedule my entire wedding day because of this mess. I have YET to receive any kind of personal apologies from this company. I am HIGHLY disappointed. I would not recommend this rental company TO ANYONE. Shame on you!
