Great location, close enough to the restaurants and town centre (5min walk) but far enough to not be disturbed. Comfortable room, great shower.

Nice location, 10 mins walk from main train station. The bridge viewing Matterhorn is right next to the hotel. Great wellbeing facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice and friendly.

Soundproof was a bit poor, could hear noise from rooms next to mine at night. In the basement so could not open the window while sleeping as concerning security, while in high altitude you may want more oxygen and air flow is important. Not a big issue to me though.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage in Zermatt, die Ausstattung war gut mit Föhn, Fernseher und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war recht klein und im Keller mit wenig Tageslicht.

Comfortable space for 2 people. Daily housekeeping. Kettle provided. Good lighting. Can view Matterhorn once you walk outside. Central location. Easy walk to station and the entire village. Spa and sauna included in the rate. Very good breakfast

Nothing. Except the reception and the accomodation is in a separate building. Not a problem for us as long as it’s not raining
