Camas muy comodas, apartamento amplio, ducha genial, frigorífico enfría estupendo. Buena ubicación.

Si que es verdad que las paredes son de papel...y falta una mesa y sillas para desayunar cenar...los taburetes son malos para una niña de 6 años. La escalera algo peligroso para la niña (sin barreras) En los baños eche de menos alguna estanteria. Sofá incómodo.

Me gustó la ubicación. El hotel no es nuevo, pero está bastante limpio. La reforma es de estilo moderno. Hay horno y microondas, así como toda la vajilla necesaria.

La ropa de cama olía a humedad y, lamentablemente, el personal no respondió a nuestra queja. Mientras lavaba los platos en la cocina, se me cayó el grifo en las manos y rompí un vaso. Tuve que atornillarlo yo misma. Además, el inodoro del baño de arriba goteaba mucho. A juzgar por el óxido en el lugar por donde sale el agua, se trata de un problema antiguo, no entiendo por qué no lo arreglan. Cuando le escribí al gerente sobre estos problemas, solo prestó atención al olor y dijo que eso no podía ser. Lástima que no pueda dejar una foto del olor. Ah. Y hay muchísimas moscas. Y ayer por la noche, toda la noche estuvo saliendo agua naranja del grifo.

El entorno del Guadalaviar es maravilloso

Desde las 15:00 hasta las 20:00 no hubo respuesta a mis peticiones de instrucciones para entrar al alojamiento. Ni teléfono, ni email, ni booking. Me atendió otro huésped. Esto destroza cualquier expectativa de relajarse. Resultó que el n° de móvil de atención que figura en booking no coincide con el del responsable. ¿ Y el email tampoco?
