Personal war freundlich u hilfsbereit. Älteren Menschen wurden die Koffer nach unten getragen. Zimmer lag im 1.Stock ohne Aufzug. Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet, aber groß genug. Frühstück war meist verpackt, aber es gab auch frisches Obst u Croissants. Rezeption nur bis 20.00 besetzt Lage war perfekt

Simon who met us was great. Very clean and location good. AC was good..

Shower door broken, no coffee or tea provided, lots of stairs for heavy luggage.
