No water in the fridge

The breakfast was fine except that when our grandson joined us for breakfast we were told that would cost R95. But later on we were told that the Manager had told reception they needed to charge us R120 without explaining why.

The bedroom - the bed creaked every time one turned around and the mattress sagged on the side which meant I landed on the floor once when I sat on the side of the bed to pull on my socks. The room was cold with no floor coverings any sort and no heating in the room - not even a wall panel.

Clean and friendly staff.

I would like real milk in my room at the coffee station and a heater. Room was very cold. Blankets very heavy, but warm at least.
