For the low price it was a fairly decent stay and that too with breakfast.

The shower area was too small and congested. I can never imagine a bulky person being able to shower comfortably. It's bit of a walk (10 minutes ) to reach the masjid, but that's ok considering the price. Oh btw, the central AC was noisy.

They were in the with Guests.

At reception they should have an English speaker.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a fresh and pleasant smell throughout the property. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making the stay relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which added a positive touch to the experience. The location was good and convenient, although it was not the best location, it was still suitable and accessible for my needs. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. And it wasn't my first time here.

The water supply was not sufficient, as it was only provided upon request and the quantity given was very limited. It would be better if the hotel provided a reasonable amount of water as part of the standard room service. The breakfast experience was disappointing, with limited options and quality that did not meet expectations. Improving the breakfast variety and taste would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Price was good but I was staying alone in a 3 bed room. Discounts for single occupancy would be nice.

The hotel is very basic in terms of facilities, and the receptionist lacks good customer service. In addition, the rooms are small and the furniture is outdated. Furthermore, a 200 riyal security deposit is required for each room.
