Condo unit near NAIA Terminal 3

Clean and tidy perfect for what we needed

The aircon over the bed wasn’t perfect

Nice location and comfortable beds

Found a cockroach on the curtains and shower would not drain, almost flooded the bathroom taking a short shower, major broken Sheetrock on walls next to bathroom

A lot of things are not good

It’s spacious.

There is a light in the toilet that was busted

Location is close to the airport. But it is a bit tricky though, as it was stated walking distance only. For those travelers who like to explore better check the map before going out the airport. Maybe there is an easy way to be at the condo's location if you decided to walk. If, taking taxi better choose grab just download grab app then you'll see directly the fare right away.

The only positive was the bed and pillows were good except the bed cover is too hot when the airconditioner needs maintenance.

The airconditioner was very average and leaked on our head , clothes etc. It took ages to cool the small room down but still very humid. No TV or any paid TV or any sign of one channel of any kind and had to request something and was given Netflix's from the Host that we meet on arrival. The wifi is very poor and has limited space with a Condo priced above others in the same street we have been in and was far below standard of others. All a guest or customer expects that everything is working but this wasn't the case and very disappointed. Toilet roll was small and thin and insufficient. I was a manager for years running Accommodation, Holiday Resorts and Hotels. This is why my rating.
